Social anxiety? That's a load of bull shit you think anyone in the 1800's had "social anxiety" its not a medical condition its a characteristic better yet its one you can change.

When you step out that door ready to face the next day all you need to do is say to yourself "I'm going to carpe the fuck out of this diem" and keep moving. Get up every day and you smile like a jack ass until you're face hurts because you're alive and that's your job you don't have the right to complain because it could be far worse and never forget that. Push your limits in everyway shape and form mentally, emotionally, physically. Put yourself in situations you would NEVER think to do and constantly work to make yourself better and think.....
