Im not arguing that its a good thing, just that its whats most likely going to happen. I know if I was a surgeon who suddenly had my wages dramatically reduced, etc., I would say fuck it and live off my investments. I agree that pushing experienced personal out of a field cannot be a good thing....unless your qualified to fill the gap left behind and have the knowledge and ability to capatilize on it. Also, I believe a lot of medical professionals will simply make the change to private practice, at least those with monetary concerns. The philanthropists will hopefully start up some free clinics and shit.__

and then all the current doctors with their pools of gold coins will retire, leaving a vacuum, creating demand for doctors, raising the salary.

So you want to drive everyone with experience out of a field? Even if that happened, you would be back to square one once salaries inflated. You don't finish learning after you graduate, its a continual process. We all know how much people prefer rookie doctors as opposed to someone with 20 years experience. But awesome idea that you totally didn't think though

except your schools are shit aswell cause they cost a lot too, in swe that shit is payed for by the state, so you can be what you want to be instead of what you have to be

Is it hard to become a swede? I've seriously been considering moving there
User avatar #296 - admiralen (01/05/2014) [-]
dont think so, people immigrate here all the time
#464 - rdobet (01/05/2014) [-]
It's often joked about that the foreigners are treated better than the actual Swedes.
User avatar #468 - admiralen (01/05/2014) [-]
but they are, they really are.
they have seriously banned the swedish national anthem from some schools since they found it racist
#475 - rdobet (01/05/2014) [-]
Yeah, joked probably wasn't the best word, but it was mostly for the other guy.

Um I'm sure the med school that I'm in right now, which happens to be one of the best in the country, is shit. You're right. But I do have to say that our whole education system needs to be changed. Its frustrating

It's a scientific theory, dude. That doesn't mean it's insufficiently supported, that just means it's an explanation for how things happen rather than an empirical observation.

Yeah, I plan on getting a Mach 1 once I finish college and start working, but for now it's what I got and is way cheaper on gas and insurance then a V8, so I'm just making it stand out a bit.
User avatar #110 - jacksonrhoads (09/25/2013) [-]
i had an 01 v6 that i wanted to mod, but i just waited 2 years and now i have a full bolt on, geared, and tuned 03 gt. its fun as hell. beleive it or not, i get about the same milage as my v6 did when im able to control my right foot. mach 1 has an even better engine than my 2v, but the 04 cobra is next on the list for me, most likely when i finish college. good luck man and have fun when you get it.
