10/10 would spank. I do however want an R8 over the GTR simply because I've owned two Audi's so far and I love the cars.

Sweet. thanks for the advice. Once i can walk outside without inventing new dance moves and karate styles i'll take up running/jogging.

More or less just to slim down some yeah. Running isn't the best option for the moment given the weather here in the frigid goddamn north. any alternatives? i'm thinking high knees or something
#117 - ratchi (12/04/2015) [-]
Just run. Its better to run in the cold. You don't really notice the fatigue setting in once your lungs start to burn. Just don't over do it and get pneumonia or some stupid shit. That would suck

It's not the cold, it's the ice
#139 - ratchi (12/05/2015) [-]
Oh. Run through grassy areas like a field or something. I never had to much trouble with ice in those places.

I've been doing stairs at my place. Seems to be a fine alternative
#144 - ratchi (12/07/2015) [-]
Nice! Stairs are probably better anyway. Good luck man, I got really lazy. Don't be like me, keep it up!

10 push ups, 10 sit ups, 50 jabs with each arm, 10 squats and 10 high knees or kicks. Rest for 2 minutes and drink some water. do the routine 2 more times. When it gets easier, do another. When that gets easier, do another, and so on.
If your muscles give out, skip the parts that require them. There's no point in getting hurt. I have weak triceps so I sometimes can't do a full set of push ups.

When you say jabs, you're talking about having a dumbbell in my hand and going from chest to fully extended forward with a twisting motion, yeah?

You can if you want. If you do, use very light weights.

well, just doing punches alone didn't really feel like it was doing anything so i improvised.

Didn't think of the weather because I live in SWFL. Well alternatively you can do sit up's and push up's in your home. Crunches help form your ab's and that can help slim down a bit. High knee's will work for the most part but I don't see it being a great alternative to running in the long run. If you have a friend with a gym membership most gyms allow a guest to come free some days out of the week so maybe try that as well. For when it warms up, here is my old routine: 1 lap around a standard track, 10 push up's after the lap. Then 2 laps, 20 push up's, lather, rinse, repeat until you hit 5-10 laps depending on how you feel. I dropped from 220lb's to 176lb's in like two months. Like I said, it's 90% commitment to actually doing it. Hope that helps man.
