Germany finds ou hat when italy smiles, it makes the pict confused. in he end up, all he allies and axis (apart from italy) fight the pict, all of them geting turned into pict one by one. Germany is the last one o urn and before he does, asks italy to smile for him. In he end up he does and everythings beter! the film is way beter than how i described it btw :))

Yeah he's Holy Rome (awesomeness!) I'd sate some of them but it'd take waaaaaaaay too long! In one of the origanal webcomics, Germany decides o ask Italy his true feelings for him. I being valenines day, germany takes Italy oo aresturaun. while in he resturaunt, germany proposes to Italy, to which he gets overwhelmed and cries. the comic ends with the wo hugging and germany having a vague memory of chibitalia :))

Type in Hetalia Scanlations on google and i's the first result :)) Thats where all he official webcomics are :)) also theres one where italy runs in on germany having a shower to ask if germany likes him. germany says he does and italy refuses to leave until he has said it enough times. he ends up saying that he loves him to which japan walks in and finds the two lying on the floor on top of eachother and italy saying "i got closer to him japan!"
