At the daycare they also ask you if you're gonna be a responsible parent, capable of taking care of a new found egg. But they never even bother to look into your story. If they really cared they'd find out that you're inbreeding 1000's of times in an attempt to create the perfect genetic splice of your favourite pokemon just so you can pit your pokemon against another trainer's for glory and bragging rights. Your argument is invalid. Hope you have 250 poke's.

You are wrong...creatine does help...
I use it on and off. It helps recovery, which leads to more sets, which leads to more mass and strength.
I remember the first time i started to take it i was surprised. I did my regular work out and my muscles would be exhausted by then, but i was able to keep going. I got like 2 extra sets in in each muscle group.
You are correct that it pumps water into the muscle which makes you look bigger and when you stop, the water leaves and therefore your muscle might appear to get a lil smaller.
But you have to remember that all those extra sets that you got in made you bigger and stranger than you would if you didnt take it.
So, I dont know what you are talking about bruh...

If you're using kreatine AND protein and notice an increase in strength, it will entirely be due to the exercise, and extra protein. Zero due to kreatine.

You're really not picking up what I'm putting down. Kreatine does not affect strength. If you cloned yourself, and you and your clone started working put tomorrow, one with kreatine and one without, and you measure both your strengths in 6 months (given you work out exactly the same and blah blah blah), you would still be identical.

I have plenty of protien in my diet already. I'm just interested in seeing how creatine affects my recovery speed. If it means that I can get another set in then it's helping, even if it's not directly beneficial.
User avatar #91 - italianfrosttroll (11/19/2014) [-]
Good eating habits will lead to way more gains anyway though. When I say good I mean appropriate proteins and carbs every 3 hours.
User avatar #87 - italianfrosttroll (11/19/2014) [-]
It doesn't mean you'll get another set in though. I must be being unclear. In no way shape or form will it ever make you stronger. You won't be able to lift a single newton more, or more often, because of kreatine. You will just look better, and the worst part is, once you stop taking it, all your gains will decrease.
