I don't think it's right to generalize attractiveness on instincts alone. For example, I personally like a bit of chub on my women, but I'm also very protective. By that logic, it doesn't make sense since the chubby women don't necessarily need protection. They aren't "fragile".
We've come to a point where sure, instincts have a bit of something to do with how we perceive attractiveness, but we kinda went over that over time, and now it really all just comes down to personal preferences. "To each their own"
User avatar #57 - isenseven (07/28/2014) [-]
That means your brain is hardwired differently. Of course attraction doesn't rely on 100% instincts alone, because we are social animals. It's a combination of instincts and other aspects, obviously. But the instinctual factors are still there.

Like I said, some people like their women with a bit more meat, some people like them skinny as fuck. It depends on genetics, how you grew up, who you knew, the things you experienced, and what you've been exposed to.
#59 - implosay (07/28/2014) [-]
Well truth be told, I'm a very primitive man. There is nothing that I enjoy more than nicely pronounced curves. A killer pair of hips and thighs and I'm game. But I don't mind the eventual chub. If it waves a bit when she sits down. Just for the fact that it's a lot more interesting, more fun to play with. Also a lot more comfortable. It's all warm and soft. I associate women with that sweet and soft motherly care. When you lay your head between her chest and belly and she just starts giving you these cuddles, this motherly attention that puts you at peace.
Thinking about all that, it does sound extremely instinctive. But as I said, I'm very primitive.
User avatar #61 - isenseven (07/28/2014) [-]
Deep down, we all are man. I had no idea I enjoyed holding a girl by her throat until I tried it, and loved it.
User avatar #63 - implosay (07/28/2014) [-]
Eh I'm not sure I'd enjoy that. The whole sex choking thing. I like to know that my other half is entirely safe, and I wouldn't "harm" her in any way. I guess choking is too hardcore for me. I don't mind giving a spank. But that's pretty much as far as I go.
User avatar #65 - isenseven (07/28/2014) [-]
It's not so much choking, it's not so hard that you're restricting air, just firmly holding. Its weird but most girls love having that happen to them too, it really gets them excited. Give it a try, not to hard but firmly.
User avatar #66 - implosay (07/28/2014) [-]
If it's just holding and a kink of hers, I guess I could do that.

What kind of girls do you like?
User avatar #73 - isenseven (07/28/2014) [-]
If I had to pick one, I'd say short (like 5'4 and lower) with a nice ass.

Honestly, like most guys will say, I don't have a specific type. I like girls of all shapes and sizes, I'm attracted to who I'm attracted to.
The most recent ones for me have been:
Tall, skinny goth looking girl with black hair and pale skin (think Jane from Breaking Bad)
Short fake blonde, skinny, with pixie hair and huge tits and ass
Short red head, skinny, with huge tits and ass
Short blonde, skinny, with long hair and small tits, huge ass
Average height russian girl, skinny, with fake red hair, huge tits and ass
Average height Guyanese/white mix, small tits and small ass
Tall greek girl, paper thin, tiny tits and tiny ass.

I guess you could say I mostly go for the skinny girls, but I'm not sure if that's just a coincidence.
User avatar #74 - implosay (07/28/2014) [-]
You've got a pattern there though. "Huge tits and ass." But judging by the looks of each, it's easy to say that you like showing personalities. Goth, fake blonde, fake red hair... Not the kind of things your average shy girl would do.
User avatar #76 - isenseven (07/28/2014) [-]
Thats a very accurate observation.
Unfortunately all the ones listed aside from the Tall Greek Girl had huge daddy issues. This probably lead to their outgoing ness. I guess you could say I'm attracted to damaged goods, which is no good for me.

I have to remember the rule of thumb: never date a girl who dyes her hair anything other than a natural looking colour.
User avatar #77 - implosay (07/28/2014) [-]
Maybe you're looking to be there for them, to help them deal with their issues. I used to know a few girls who dyed their hair other than natural colours, and there were the sweetest things ever, so I'm not sure if that's a very good rule.
User avatar #78 - isenseven (07/28/2014) [-]
You're pretty right about that, I do like to think I can help them get over their issues, but unfortunately it almost never works.

However, you are right about them being sweet. The thing is that I only find out about their daddy issues like a month or two into the relationship. Girls with dyed hair, tattoos, and piercings tend to be really sweet, but crazy. And the craziness only shows up months into the relationship. This is the experience that I've had with girls and heard from other people who dated the same type of girls.
User avatar #79 - implosay (07/28/2014) [-]
It's possible, but you need to have been there for much longer than a couple years. Usually they only tend to REALLY open up to their childhood friends. Those who have been there for literally all their lives. That's why it's kinda hard to really crack the shell and get to the heart of the problem when you're just a boyfriend. Because that's the thing. You're "just" a boyfriend. But their craziness are usually just a facade most of the time. They're a lot more fragile than they appear.
User avatar #82 - isenseven (23 hours ago) [-]
Oh yeah for sure, it's just I do my best to try to stay away from the ones with daddy issues. But for some reason after a few months into the relationship they start with the "my dad left my mom and I hate him" or "my dad sells drugs and never spends time with me" and "my dad assaulted and abused me as a child."

I don't really blame them for that kind of stuff, but it sucks because they end up treating you like shit as compensation.
User avatar #85 - implosay (23 hours ago) [-]
I know someone who's exactly like this. One moment I'm talking to a very sweet and insecure person, the next I'm being called by every imaginable name and being hated on. The trick is to just stay calm and wait for it to pass. Keep being there. They never mean a thing of what they're saying and are very grateful that you're there.
User avatar #86 - isenseven (23 hours ago) [-]
I was with one or two of them for a year or more. It's not worth the hassle. I'm dating someone right now who has a great relationship with both her parents, and I've never been happier.
User avatar #90 - implosay (23 hours ago) [-]

How so?

I'm in Canada, one of the most anti-military/conflict places on the planet, and yet I'm still trying to join the military. What propaganda influence me? Am I in it for the glory? For money? Because I'm a violent killer? Please sir, tell me my motivations, I'd like to know.
User avatar #63 - isenseven (07/28/2014) [-]
I live in Canada too.
What propaganda influences you? The ongoing stream of media and ideas that assure you that "they" are the enemy and "we" need to stop them. If you have ever talked to someone who returned from Iraq or Afghanistan, they would tell you that "the enemy" was barely an enemy at all.

Like I said, I am all for the military and I know that it's important to have one, but don't think that you're signing up on your own merit. You're signing up because it's been glorified through decades of media.
#45 - anonymous (07/28/2014) [-]
Because you want a fucking job that fits the way you want to live your life. Wanting to be in the army and wanting to "Fight" are completely different things.
User avatar #48 - captainfuckitall (07/28/2014) [-]
Not really. Military and conflict are kinda synonymous with eachother.

In any case, I also WANT to fight, as fighting and throwing myself into conflict will provide me with the opportunities to rise through the ranks and achieve my ambitions faster.
#44 - anonymous (07/28/2014) [-]
We have a military o-o?

I just thought we kinda just ran into people and yelled sorry and people just felt bad .-.
User avatar #43 - rhetoricalfunny (07/28/2014) [-]
Why ARE you joining the military?
As a Canadian all I have ever been exposed to regarding our military is us sucking ourselves off on november 11th.

Like Canada has it's head so far up its own ass regarding military, I'd say even moreso than the US because of all the "holier than thou" peacekeeping bullshit which hasn't been relevant since Cyprus.

I just wanna know.
User avatar #47 - captainfuckitall (07/28/2014) [-]
I plan to run for a political office in the future. I figure the military will give me the finances, supplies, connections, and record needed to go into such a profession without winding up in some bankers pocket.
User avatar #52 - rhetoricalfunny (07/28/2014) [-]
I don't really have much to say to that. I mean, it sounds alright I guess.

But speaking as a (future?) soldier, do you actually want to fight.
User avatar #53 - captainfuckitall (07/28/2014) [-]
Thank you.

Well that depends. Do I enjoy fighting? Yes, I would like to join a boxing gym, practice dueling, ect. Do I enjoy killing? I don't know yet. I WANT to fight because it'll give me more opportunities to rise through the ranks and achieve my ambitions sooner, so whether I dislike it or not is irrelevant

Aren't you the satanist guy who doesn't believe people deserve mercy or some shit like that, or is that someone else
User avatar #25 - captainfuckitall (07/28/2014) [-]
I am the Satanist guy, but I think I was misunderstood. What I said is that "might-makes-right" is the most objective source for morality there can be beyond "But I FEEL like...". If someone is capable of doing something, it is within their right to do it; for better or worse. However, they must also accept the consequences of their actions

For example. Someone could try to steal your wallet through a mugging, and you could defend yourself; after the fight is over, whoever has the wallet deserves it. If the mugger wanted it more, he should have been stronger; likewise, if you wanted to protect it, YOU should have been stronger (this is, of course, assuming both parties have equal opportunity in the fight. No guns or knives involved, but just strength and skill). That's all. Personally, I would not show mercy in a fight (or any type of conflict) because I would never want someone to show mercy toward me; that's probably where the misunderstanding came in.
User avatar #32 - sardinez (07/28/2014) [-]
I propose to you to think of 'might-makes-right' this way: the man who owns the wallet had the necessary ability to earn it for himself, in a righteous way. this makes him mightier.

You call yourself a satanist but clearly you are a misguided fool. A true satanist would never promote theft.
User avatar #35 - captainfuckitall (07/28/2014) [-]
I don't promote theft. I have never said I completely support the philosophy of 'might-makes-right' (although I do think strength and righteousness must win out in the end, and TO that end, conflicting and testing your might to others is proper), I simply said it is probably the closest thing we'll get to an objective source of morality. He who is most mighty makes the rules, and might is based upon strength of arms. If it were my way, might would be based upon a combination of mind, body, skill, and ethics

You see?

Unfortunately for us, most of the world doesn't care about such things as honour or righteousness, and since we can't impose our thoughts upon them, the most we can do is act as they would against us (at least until a cultural shift takes place, which is exactly what I myself am working toward)
User avatar #36 - sardinez (07/28/2014) [-]
I see what you mean but I wouldn't confuse rules and morality, although they cross paths often. Sadly a cultural shift would likely only come to fruition via international disaster, if you understand what I mean.
User avatar #37 - captainfuckitall (07/28/2014) [-]
I know, I was just trying to assure you that I don't promote any type of criminal activity (Although there are many activities that ARE criminal that I would rather not be). Keep hoping; it has to happen sometime.

Wow, butthurt much.
"Why would I want to discomfort myself even more than I already am? I would have to somehow ninja my hand under my trousers, grab my dick and thrust it upwards."
By even trying to hide an erection you'll just end up making you'reself even more uncomfortable, risk being seen trying to hide it and be called a creep/pervert, and can even end up hurting you'reself doing it.

Periods are incredibly easy to hide, and the only thing you have to do to contain it is to wear an incredibly thin, unnoticable, and yet actually comfortable padding that can be easily disposed in a waste bin provided in women's toilets (Multiple female friends have told me this).

And oh boy, once a month compared to multiple times a day. I'm still going to go for once a month.
Lets say a month is 30 days, and a man gets the minimum two random erections a day, That's 60 unfortunate, unavoidable erections. Now we add the other factors, such as arousal, and even more erections, this number quickly rises to 90 erections, even 150 erections in a single month.

I'm saying I would rather have one easily concealable, predictable period, once a month, than a minimum of 60 unavoidable, uncomfortable, raging erections every month for the rest of my life, where I will be treated as a pervert and made fun of for something that was not my fault.

Stop whiteknighting women, your not gonna get intense bodyloveed either way.
#72 - isenseven (07/14/2014) [-]
Something tells me that:
1. your an inept neckbeard that doesn't know how to handle situations.
2. You don't fully understand how periods work.

If you think that getting an erection is a serious problem that is an inconvenience to you, then I really wonder how you dress you'reself in the morning. By the time your a grown man, you should be able to handle you'reself when you get an erection in public. It's gotten to the point where I don't even have to think about it anymore, if I feel an erection coming on (which you can feel the sensation a minute or so before it happens) then I just automatically go like "oh, I'm about to get an erection, let me just adjust my penis so it's not sticking straight out" and then I continue on my way.

And you have to be really socially awkward to think that adjusting you'reself in public is going to make people call you a creep or pervert. Hurting you'reself doing it? Are you retarded?

Also with you're little math equation, firstly a period is not just "once a month" meaning one day in an entire month. It lasts 24 hours for 5-7 days. Now compare that to you're "150" erections a month, which is you're maximum (and an extreme over-estimate), and assume they all lasted for an hour (which is a complete exaggeration, random erections last maybe 2-10 minutes due to them not actually being cause my sexual contact. 150 hours is roughly 6-7 days. So the amount of time in you're described "discomfort" is the same.

Now lets compare the two:

Getting a random erection - painless (actually enjoyable), takes a second to adjust and become unnoticeable, goes away within minutes, and is easy to feel coming, may put you in an awkward situation if your an inept manchild who doesn't know how to handle himself or do things discretely.

Getting you're period - can be painful (cramps, head aches, sickness), lasts 24 hours for up to a week, unpredictable (you can estimate the time period, but you don't know when it's going to happen), and leaves a big mess.

Man up.

I was going to leave this comment on your latest post but for some reason i was blocked. It's cool bro but you should still hear it:

Bullshit I'm sorry bro, no way you should have gotten a temp ban for that-bitch deserves it.

Does no one here remember Jesse Slaughter?

Your post touched my heart. It's nice to see someone from 4chan that doesn't hate us too! Seriously though, DOES 4chan hate us as much as Reddit?

I know its too late to redo it but you should have posted it as anonymous and then left your username in the post. That way people could have thumbed up but it wouldn't have counted towards your account and then everyone wouldn't be calling you a thumb whore and such.
Just so you for future reference. ;)
