Oh? And pray tell what evidence you have that there is no invisible, untouchable space unicorn in the room you're in right now? The world needs to know this revolutionary philosophical discovery you've made.

It's faith. It's not a "scientific theory." Most reasonable people of faith do not demand or require that their faith be accepted on a universal level or by all people, they just ask that you respect their right to accept and believe in it. Most atheists are generally pleasant people and will not go out of their way to try and denounce religion, because they simply lack the faith and they also lack the motive to go around trying to shame people of faith simply for believing in whatever they choose to believe--even when those beliefs don't hurt anyone else.

You must make note, however, that a large portion of the bible is allegorical, and parts that were not are still written by people who were around before the concept of the number ZERO, let alone large numbers like 100,000. The biggest things against it that I've seen touted about are the facts that the universe has been around for billions of years, and that evolution is an observable thing. I would agree with the validity of both of these statements, but neither of them contradict anything in the bible outright. That said, there is no sufficient evidence to prove NOR disprove the religion, and frankly, the only ones who know the truth for 100% certain are those who have died and stayed dead.

you give agnostics a bad name, because you seem to label yourself agnostic just to avoid the "stigma" of being an atheist and feel superior to them. Also, its possible to be both agnostic and atheist

Individual beliefs which do not harm someone and in no way negatively impact the rest of the world are not subject to the scientific method. Hence why it is called "faith." Faith and science are on opposite ends of the spectrum, but people can--and many do--maintain a healthy balance between the two. If you feel the compelling urge to go out of your way to question someone's faith regardless if their faith hurts no one and causes no negative impact to the world around them, that is your right. But while you waste time doing that, the actual scientific community will tackle issues which delve into the real "tangible" world and solve practical problems, etc.

There are people like that on both sides of the fence, there are anti-science lunatics of faith and there are anti-theist lunatics of no faith. I've found it's best just to ignore both groups, because the more attention people give them, the louder they become.
