 s3e6 took a right turn REAAAAAAAAL fucking quick. I didn't expect a magical girl plot point to come into play here at all. Definitely interesting though. fucked up the spoiler tag Basically, out of nowhere, Ozpin, Glinda, Ironwood, and Qrowe revealed to Pyrrah that an in-universe fairy tail about 4 maidens representing the seasons, was true and that there were basically these super powerful women out there. This ep explains it better than I could concisely. www.crunchyroll.com/rwby/episode-6-fall-687893  What does the 'magical girl' plot mean, anyway? I never really thought of it other than 'there are far superior creatures than humans invisible yet running out there pillar men style and a bunch of similarly powered human (women usually) must kick their ass' thingy. I just simply referred to the maidens as the trope of "magical girls", akin to the type seen in sailor moon, madoka magica, etc. oh, just regular people with not-so-regular powers thing. Always thought there must be powerful creatures waiting to be smitten. I mean there are Grimms and shit in RWBY and witches in madoka magica, so yeah. Not quite, that we've seen so far, at least. I just meant that there are these 4 women that have these magical-esque powers, even beyond what we've seen Huntsmen capable in RWBY either way, I can't wait to see the main girls fuck up these creatures big time, Jojo's pillar men style. Hopefully there shall be more than 'oh, these 4 powerful girls are also guns for the main characters to use.' They're not evil, so far that we've seen. From what I understand, they're actually benevolent protectors, not big bads. Cinder remains the main antagonist. maybe cinder shall kill/mate/fuck/whatever them and RWBY shall replace/revive/whatever them Let's see That's what Oz, Glinda, Ironwood, and Qrowe are worried about. Their powers are passed on to the last person they think about, and Fall(the one attacked) is comatose, so her last thoughts could be of Cinder, her attacker. #21 -

JustintheWaysian (01/08/2016) [-] Maybe you can tell me if I'm alone in this or not. I like RWBY in that I want to know the story. But at the same time, I hate the storyboarding and progression of the episodes. I have this "rule" when it comes to shows: an episode should not have to rely on another episode in order to be satisfying. And to me, this most recent season is very guilty of that. Just a repeated formula of Fight scene + VAGUE cliffhanger. The fight scenes are either comprised of "okay take your turn to show off some LE EPIC moveset" or "haha a situational coincidence pushes our protagonists along! go team!", and then the cliffhangers are just characters arguing or hashing out a conversation over many episodes when it could have taken place in a SINGLE episode. Too much divide. . For Christ's sake, it took 5 episodes of this formula to get to a good part with an actual "twist" or revealing detail. Episodes 6 and 7 are satisfying, 1-5 are not, and I'm a bit spiteful for that, feeling like my loyalty is being greedily milked instead of rewarded. Again, I watch continue to watch the show because the story and the world interest me, but I dislike how it's all being revealed and told. Am I the only one who feels this way?  seeing the direction the show's going, i guess they'll show her motive in the next few eps. | ||

It's probably, as you've likely noticed, because you and that other guy kind of have the same username...the only thing I can think of is maybe changing the capitalization. It's not recognizing that your account and the foreign one are different. I'm not sure in this instance but try messing around with the capitalization or something lol
