User avatar #76710 - inudewaruika (12/21/2014) [-]
Yeah!

In Sapphire and on, moves were either physical (can get affected by another pokemon's ability like rough skin or static) or special like flame thrower and water gun.

Ghost type originally was a strong type, but got weaker over the generations :/

Before anything but fighting, normal, ground and rock types were considered special attacks and could harm ghost types, all but Psychic were effective.

soundsb roken
User avatar #76718 - inudewaruika (12/21/2014) [-]
They altered it I guess because aside from Ghost type, Dragon was the only other really strong type, and Ghost had virtually no weakness.

Before fairy was introduced, dragon was only weak to ice and dragon type attacks...

Ghost was weak only to other ghost types. Then the great dumbing down happened to make it easier on new players.
User avatar #76721 - phanact, master of orange objects (12/21/2014) [-]
However dragon was also not super effective on anything other than dragons
User avatar #76723 - inudewaruika (12/21/2014) [-]
That's very true.
User avatar #76722 - phanact, master of orange objects (12/21/2014) [-]
even still its pretty OP as they're lacking in powerful fairy types
User avatar #76733 - sunnyday (12/21/2014) [-]
Actually, I think Sylveon and Gardevoir are the best Fairies out there.

Why
User avatar #76738 - sunnyday (12/21/2014) [-]
Never really used it. I don't really use water types.

If I recall correctly, Dragons have high special attack and defense.

So much has changed with the remakes.
User avatar #76737 - phanact, master of orange objects (12/21/2014) [-]
They just have high stats in general, but then again, they are dragons

It'd be disappointing to have low stats for a creature known for it's destructive nature lol

They kept her in a cage with really closed in bars, she couldnt see out very well, kept her covered, fed her leftovers.

She was mean, and bit everyone.

Wouldnt let you touch her wings, pet her head, or hold her.

DrO changed all that. She loves him. She screams when he leaves the house, chirps when he gets home, waits for him by the door of her cage for him to say hi to her.

That's why she gave her to DrO.

sounds like my moms bird phoenix with the grapes and other fruit, nova seems to only like a few types of grapes but really likes bananas and anything with a solid texture, funny being her breeder can't get their birds to eat bananas at all, i once had an apple in my hand for like 30 minutes straight that nova was trying to bite into and her beak was too slick and would slide off, man did she get pissed, then she finally found the top and tore it open and ate like half of it.

Commissions are Open!

If you are interested in a plush, please read ALL the information below.
All information is subject to change.

All my plush toys are hand stitched and hand embroidered and because of this, it can take anywhere from 2 weeks to over a month to work on. When I work on a plush, I work on a single one at a time, so don't worry about me not focusing all my attention on your plush. I do however have a job and other responsibilities, but if any delays happen you will be notified.

I currently only ship to the United States. This is because I do not fully understand how to ship outside of the country, I am sorry for this inconvenience. If you know of the process please share your knowledge.

My only method of payment is paypal and yes I understand that not everyone uses it, but it works with me. I either accept full price before starting the plush or half upfront and half before shipment. I do not accept payment until I am ready to work on your plush. I also won't accept bribes to move your plush up the list, although cookies are nice.

All my prices include 3 day shipping, plus one free outfit. The standard outfit that is included is pajamas but is open to being changed for something else. Any additional outfits will vary in cost depending on how complex it is.

If your pony is an OC, I will need 4 pics. One of the head, two of the sides (one left and one right) and a clear picture of the cutie mark, if it has one. If you don't have an image I need, I can supply you with a base to work off of.

If your pony, OC or Show has an accessory such as a hat or a bow, my policy is that I check if I have the correct colors and amount in stock. If I have enough scraps then I will add no extra charge. But, if I do not, I will have to add a charge and the charge depends on how complex the accessory is.

All types of ponies, excluding princesses are the same price for each size. The price is a for a standard 2 color pony (Think Applejack and Pinkie Pie) and depending on the size of the plush and whether or not I have scraps I charge an extra $5 per color. (Twilight would incur an extra $10, Rainbow would be $25 extra)

Before I start work on a commission I double check that I fully understand what you want and you fully understand what you are getting.

Standard Pony Plush Prices

12 Inch: $75 USD

14 Inch: $100 USD

16 Inch: $125 USD

18 Inch: $150 USD

20 Inch: $190 USD (Shipping is more expensive the larger they get)

22 Inch: $250 USD. (Shipping is more expensive the larger they get)

I do not make anything bigger than 22 inches (Cost would be outrageous.)

Princess Prices

12 Inch: Celestia $90, S1 Luna $75, S2 & S3 Luna $80 USD

14 Inch: Celestia $115, S1 Luna $100, S2 & S3 Luna $105 USD

16 Inch: Celestia $140, S1 Luna $125, S2 & S3 Luna $130 USD

18 Inch: Celestia $165, S1 Luna $150, S2 & S3 Luna $155 USD

20 Inch: Celestia $205, S1 Luna $190, S2 & S3 Luna $195 USD

22 Inch: Celestia $265, S1 Luna: $250, S2 & S3 Luna $255USD

I currently make only pony plushes, if you are interested in a different plush, please let me know and I can see what I can do.

I was very upset last night lol so I had to make the list to show what the true cost would be if I added labor.

But I don't because I enjoy making people happy, and happy means not crazy expensive.

last sentence was a little worded weird, but i understand what you're saying lol

i mean
i'd buy a plushie, but i would request someone non-pony related. i know you'd enjoy doing it and i would love to help you out in any way i can.
User avatar #3152 to #3151 - inudewaruika (11/24/2014) [-]
its what I get for not reading it over lol.

But I don't charge for labor because I make them because it makes people happy and people are happy when the prices are not crazy expensive.

I want to branch into other plushes. And I may once I finish my current project.

I read through the messages on Skype, we'll have to talk about it more there when you are ready for me to make it.

I'd be happy to make one, too ******* cute.

Tired of people, not saying names, but getting real tired of people saying my plushies are expensive.

They are moderately priced for the amount of time and work put into them, I did my research on finding the prices on materials, prices of other plush makers and how they gauge their prices before I even went about calculating the cost of them.

Remember my prices include 3 day shipping, 3 day.

I will be using Pinkie Pie as an example, she will be 12 inches in this.

Cost of materials:
Body Fabric: 7.00
Mane Fabric: 7.00
Embroidery Thread colors:
Black (2 skeins) 1.00
Blue (Main color) .50
Light Blue (eye highlight) .25
Lighter Blue (eye highlight) .25
White: 1.00
Yellow: .50
Pink: 1.00

Stuffing: $3.00
Thread: $1.00

Shipping costs:
$10.00 for shipping
$1.29 for the box
I'm not even going to include the cost of tape, printer ink, etc.

So base cost is about 34 USD total. I make a grand total of 41 bucks on each 12 inch plush, unless you take into consideration the time it takes to make one.

If so:

I work between 4 to 10 hours a day on a plush, within a 7 day period (not including the time it takes to get the materials since I have to order them online). If I charge 8 USD an hour, that will be between 32 to 80 dollars per day I work on it. So if I work on it a full 7 days the cost of my time would be between 224 and 560 USD. Plus the 34 for the cost of materials. If I charged that my 12 inch 2 color plushes would be between $258 and $594. I charge $75.

My plushes are not expensive. They are reasonable considering the amount of work I put into them. Because aside from the outfit (which is free) the entire plush is hand stitched and sewn from my own pattern which took me time to draw up.

Do not belittle the amount of time and effort I put into making something I clearly have done research for.
