(Pardon my poor sense of deciphering sarcastic statements from regular ones online.)
How can one confront the question of Jesus's humanity or divinity if one doesn't even think Jesus ever existed?
This may not imply for you, but most people I've met and a good portion of the population will ignore such evidence/discussions at the drop of a hat. So, being ambiguous, but relevant is very important.
Plus, the style of just stating facts is rather popular these days. from image compilations, YouTube, blogs and comments in general.
