I generally build madreds razors first just for the creep damage then depending on the enemy team into a wits end or a glacial shroud

so my build ends up being mercs, frozen heart, wits, Guardian Angel, either an armor or mr item based on enemy team, and then i turn the razors into bloodrazor

I used to hold onto razors til I could get bloodrazor, but since they nerfed the proc on the small razors, I've been building wriggles first. It really helps at taking dragon alone at level 6. My goal with WW is to secure each dragon between ganks.
