I think he is awesome, but i always wish he had some gank potential before six.
so i generally take him top, so i can tp gank bot sooner

Exhaust + red buff can get you kills top if your teammate has good damage or any cc.

Why would you take teleport on WW if you're jungling?

sorry i wasn't clear enough i meant top lane with flash tp so i just have a farm lane and i can gank bot, pretty much guarantees a free farm lane top and a win bot

If/when you do jungle with him, how do you build him?

I've never seen 2 people build him the same way.

I generally build madreds razors first just for the creep damage then depending on the enemy team into a wits end or a glacial shroud

so my build ends up being mercs, frozen heart, wits, Guardian Angel, either an armor or mr item based on enemy team, and then i turn the razors into bloodrazor
