"Lawful Evil"
Nigga, that is clearly Kil'jaeden the Deceiver, one of the most manipulative higher ranking members of the Burning Legion.
That dude is very Chaotic Evil.
Even that quote doesn't match the idea of "lawful" evil.

That all fits Ki'jaeden perfectly. Archimonde would be more the Chaotic Evil type, as he just shows up and kills anything and everything he sees.

He does not stand by laws or promises.
He doesn't give any fucks about traditions or codes.
He manipulates and twists people to do things for him.
He is a liar full of false promises of power and other great things, only to throw away his tools once they've fulfilled their use.
Most, if not all of the Burning Legion runs on Chaotic Evil. Everything about their work is manipulation, brutality, and the use of fear.
There is no code or rule any of them go by, just burning everyone and everything around them.
