For example, putting your faith into the idea that murdering dozens of people, including yourself, doesn't seem morally correct. Also, that wasn't really the point of what I was saying. Regardless of what is morally correct or incorrect doesn't change the fact that everybody does have a faith. To your second point, I honestly don't see how those scenarios I named can be impossible. Like I said in my original comment, I think that they are certainly irrational, but not impossible. Also, this brings up an interesting point that I think is important. I don't believe that reason and faith are separate by any means. I believe that reason and faith do, and must, coexist. | ||
