Good point, but doesn't going through all the weak representatives of the liberals eventually lead to the people who are prepared to debate? Cut the wheat from the chaff and all that?
Yes, but you also have to think about what he said in the first comment, which was that he makes people examine the contents of the ideology they throw themselves into without a second thought, almost like a bandwagon. He thoroughly unravels everything they were thinking about with that particular view and makes them, or at least hopes to make them reevaluate what they originally though. Critical thinking, I guess

REDISTRIBUTE MUH WEALTH!
depends on the location, in a city like Los Angeles 600k is will get you a small to moderate house.
I however, live in upstate NY, and my family's 3 bedroom 2 bath home cost us like 120 thousand dollars. even for lakeside property where i live 600k is a big fucking house
It's a ton of money. At least in states that don't have a massive cost of living (read democratic run states)
Example: Ohio. A state that is approximately 50/50. Prices are all over the place
Texas: Republican Prices consistently around 200k or lower
California: Democratic. Prices consistently above 500k
alaska: 350k (Red)
minesota: 200k (blue)
It's not the party that does it, its more to do with a bunch of farm and urban areas with spread out populace and blue collar based economy (middle states, texas) vs a state with extremely dense populace in mostly large cities and white collar based economy (alaska (despite the size, everyones all in the cities), california).
texas: huge spans of empty land
commiefornia: fenced neighborhood of a state
For a plain home no. To buy a summer home at all is a waste.
for a plain home yes, how much money do you make were 600k aint a lot unless you're in cali or ny?
housing in illinois and many states around us is $200,000-300,000 if you're doing well, and probably have 2 parents.
anything Higher youre probably a lawyer or doctor.
So 600k is three times or twice as much as an upper-middle class home, and that's not a lot? Especially for a vacation home bought with the donation money of people who wanted you to be a politician that spreads the wealth better to the lower/middle classes?
i think you're missing what i said.
600k IS a lot.
vacation home or not, most people in my state and neighbpring states barely afford 250k houses with 2 working parents.
he said 600k wasnt a lot, i was argueing that is lawyer/doctor money (or politician)
Oh you're right, I misread and misunderstood who was arguing for what, my bad.
Yeah sorry I didn't read the actual amount. Just pointing out how much of a waste a summer home would be for someone supposed to be standing for the working class. Now that I'm reading the amount yeah most houses I see are lower than that. Even worse.

Your side is the one who claimed that the inter-racial difference is some nurture, as opposed to nature, variable that needs to be accounted for. Your favorite go-to variable is poverty. That variable, aka "it's not race, it's poverty", has been debunked ad nauseam.
Proof that something is due to biology/nature is when all environmental variables are equal, the outcomes are different. If you think there's some other excuse besides poverty causing blacks to be stupider and perform much worse academically at the same income levels as whites, it's your job to point out what it is and prove the difference in outcomes disappear when we control for that variable. I'm not gonna make your lame excuses for you and I'm not gonna argue your side for you.
But please suggest another variable that is causing black kids of the same income level as white kids to perform much worse in school, in life and in intelligence tests.
If it isn't poverty, what is it?
I want to marvel at the sheer lameness of your excuse.
Still no providing any sources here, its getting ridiculous. I did provide a source stating the opposite was true but like, alright lol.
>when all environmental variables are equal, the outcomes are different
Name a study where this has been the case, where all factors are equal, pro tip you can't, because the number of variables affecting a group of peoples' score on the IQ test is stupid and trying to control them is very difficult especially in the required numbers, again see previous source
>it's your job to point out what it is and prove the difference in outcomes disappear when we control for that variable
Thats not how science works, you find a correlation, you form a hypothesis, you test that hypothesis eliminating all plausible variables (once again not easy to do, see source), then you can draw conclusions.
>I'm not gonna make your lame excuses for you and I'm not gonna argue your side for you
I don't even get this bit
>If it isn't poverty, what is it?
Wait why isn't it poverty all of a sudden? Where was that shown at all? Anyway to humour you, there are plenty of other issues which manifest in the same way as poverty caused by the very recent and real subjugation of blacks in America (talking 70s and before). If you're really smart but your home life is fucked, maybe because your parents weren't educated in the 50s because they were black, you're probably not going to get a good education and consequently not going to achieve that highly on an IQ test. All this is tied in with poverty anyway, which once again i don't see any reason for being ruled out as a factor.
You haven't addressed a whole lot of stuff anyway, the most prominent of which being the fact that IQ isn't a perfect measurement device. A group of people achieving highly on an IQ test may just suggest that those people are well trained to perform the test rather than specifically intelligent. Perhaps (and this is just an example of a possibility) this 'training' might consist of rigorous rote learning and test taking (which would in part explain many asian countries beating western ones in average IQ). The inverse can be said of low scoring groups, that they weren't given the necessary skills to achieve highly due to some socio economic factors ( like having a shitty education), the most intelligent members of this group will succeed in other ways (like getting rich getting back to the original point) however like the other members they will score relatively lowly on an IQ test.
> (>then it's logical that wealthy african americans
> No, it isn't. You have to check that out and find proof for that claim)
No i don't have to find a source for that element, I'm just supplying one plausible example of the way in which social factors could affect wealthy african american's IQ, considering that it is false to claim with such certainty that their low average IQ is "biological'.
