Why do they hate each other in DmC?
I know in the original Vergil hated that Dante didn't want to seek power and indulge his demon side like their father

because when they took over the bad guy in dmc (cant remeber the name) vergal had planned to take over his place but didnt tell dante , dante just wanted to free the people , vergal wanted to enslave the humans or as he said "protect them" then they have a massive fight and thats the last boss in dmc

yeah dont get me wrong was fun to play but not many of those scenes where your just like "whoa fucking bad ass " you get a few giggles thre out the game just not as much as the orignals . also if you like mortal combat refrenses then you should buy it this instance

DmC is an alright game, but a terrible Devil May Cry, if they hadn't labelled it a reboot it would have shit all over the series

Ninja Theory just rebooted your dead (admit it, Devil May Cry was on its last legs, if not already out the door) franchise and you call it bad? It's forever better than 1 and 2, and stands toe-to-toe with 3 and 4.

It's nowhere near as good as 1 or 3, it destroys 2, and barely compares to 4
You've missed several main points
Reboot, not revive. It's not a DMC, it's DmC, different plot, different characters, different backstory
Secondly, just because they rebooted my 'dead' franchise, doesn't mean they did it well.
Resident evil 5 rebooted a dead franchise
It was fucking terrible

Well, have you seen Clannad? Seriously sad but really funny at times. has a nice ending and is worthwhile trip. Then there's Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica, the art style is VERY different, but it's very nice, really well done and great ending. Just a big LSD trip for almost the entire time.
