would you be happy to know that the gaming industry is more gay-friendly than the other media outlets?
Most high-brow games are starting to feature lgbt characters in important roles.
I realize you are just a troll, but this information is being provided for others who may actually share some of the sentiment you expressed in your post.

Media has a lot of pro-gay shit. A lot more then the game industry.
And a lot of game industry's make fun of gay characters, heck i'm fine with that as long as it's funny.
Loved to kill the gay guy in gta iv all the time before I actually completed the mission for him.

Sylvari are born without genders. They only have an appearance of gender.
Since Sylvari cannot reproduce (the only means of birthing new Sylvari is for them to be born from the Pale Tree) then their apparent gender is actually meaningless.
Also, Sylvari believe love transcends any boundaries that the other races may find odd. They fall in love without whoever they want (other races, same gender, etc.) They do not understand the restrictions that the other races have placed on matters such as love.

Fucking plant people.
I'm not entirely serious about this, please don't judge me too harshly.

As far as the "IT'S MAGIC, BITCHES!" thing goes, I'm glad that ANET actually gave a decent explanation for it. There's a very long story about why they are genderless and have the slight appearance of being humanoid.
But I too can't stand when games give bullshit reasons for things.

The only MMO I've really gotten deep into the lore with was WoW ... and that had a pretty cool back story full of lore if I do say so myself. The existence of just about every species and race is explained in some way.
And when it isn't explained.. there are the 2 forms of "IT'S MAGIC!" that explain it.. either the Old Gods did it or the Titans did it. But that rarely happens.

She's one of the 5 main characters, and the most important to the Sylvari storyline. She is a lesbian, and in love with Faolain, the current leader of the Nightmare Court (the evil guys in the Sylvari story). Caithe herself is a hero, and she left Faolain because of her turning to the dark side of the Dream.
Fun fact, in Caithe's house, there is an open book on her desk. The title is "Long Distance Relationships: 10 Ways to Make It Work"

I didn't play the Sylvari story in the last, I just know it from what is said about their relationship in the 2nd novel and from visiting her house in-game. I'm more of the lore guy (could probably settle a lot of arguments on the gaming board if I ever went there) and didn't play much of the quests during the beta events. Spent most my time searching for hidden gems of info (such as the book, which a few ANET employees actually sent me a tweet saying they were wondering if anyone was gonna find it)

There are better ways of getting rid of the oppression gay people such as yourself supposedly suffer from - this is not the way to do it and you are just making yourself look like an ignorant...heterophobe?
#55 - Common Pepe (08/02/2012) [-]
This is why I don't support gay marriage.
#79 - Common Pepe (08/02/2012) [-]
You'd be surprised at what gay people will blurt out just so they can get what they want.
This clearly isn't a troll.

So you're getting butthurt about heterosexuality on TV but you're okay with hanging someone because of their race?
#47 - Common Pepe (08/02/2012) [-]
But homosexuality simply ISN'T as normal as heterosexuality. That doesn't mean it's wrong, but statistically it's less than 10% of the population. Why would the media try to appeal to this tiny portion when it is so divisive among the rest of the population? And it's not like gays get zero exposure in the media, far from it, and it's only getting more prominent. I'd posit that human culture has never advanced so rapidly as it is currently and that ultimately we'll be better off for it. Put a smile on and stop with the hate.

Wow, what do you know, more gay people complaining about how little gayness is on TV. I'm so sick and tired of only seeing gay people comment on heterosexuality and shit. Seriously, homosexuals need to learn that kids don't give a fuck. In fact, when I was a kid, I didn't care what happened. Seriously, there's WAY too many homos on couches complaining about stuff they shouldn't give a fuck about and it's brainwashing the other gays into doing the same. I'm also sick of how homosexuals think everything is opressing them and acting like a fucking feminist. I'm like fuck you, if people don't want to shock the fuck out of kids, it's their choice, so fucking deal with it. TL;DR Gay person above me is fucking retarded

It's this era man.
If homosexuals even THINK that you're "hurting" or "oppressing" them when you clearly mean something else. Worse possible case is that some may even call in superior friends of theirs that have power to make your life a bit harder.
Take the actor of the godfather for example.
Before he got famous another actor (male) kissed him in the lips.
First, shocked he punched the man in the jaw instantly breaking it.
And guess what, even after he was clearly just returning the favor of a sexual assault (at least you can say that if you feel violated like that) he was told to stand down by the DIRECTOR himself. He was told that "Things aren't done this way here".
Homosexuals these days clearly have too much power.
I don't mind the ones defending themselves, because I myself don't want to see them hurt...but using that power for other means just angers me.

You are the Reason gays can't get married! Not you in specific but people like you! Even if gays are allowed to marry everywhere that doesn't mean TV will be equal with gay marriages and straight ones! all it means is gays will be allowed to marry! Now shove it up your ass and high tail it back to gag you butt-hurt faggot!
