I agree completely. Once they fix a few mapping issues and other bugs, I wouldn't mind picking it up.

he's implying that being pretty doesn't automatically make a girl nice, just as being ugly doesn't make a girl terrible - since everyone automatically assumed that just because his ex gf was really cute, surely nothing was wrong with her; that's a rather far-fetched assumption, don't you think?
and you people
why your relationships suck smh
It doesn't matter if she was "mean" or "a bitch," if he was unhappy he should've left her before fucking another person, let alone her cousin. This is all on the guy.
You missed the point famalam.
Guy ends up happy vs guy ends up with regret. Slightly interesting to consider.

Don't hate until you see it. This was closer to the original book than the miniseries with Tim Curry. Tim Curry/Bill Skärsgard are both good in their own way
I disagree. I found the mini series was closer to the book in terms of story telling and events, but the new movie had the raw passion of king and accuracy to the books characters personality wise, but not much else. Dont get me wrong though, the movie was fucking amazing.
The new movie had more actual elements from the book than the mini series.
It's that lack of passion I despise in the newer horror movies. The new IT brought back my love for the horror genre in the theater.
Too many hollow attempts and pumping out cheap, jump-scare riddled abominations than getting the feel and terror down to a T. I loved this movie and I can't wait for Chapter 2 to come out.
This felt right. It felt like home and I loved every second of it.
Excuse the fuck out of me for expecting a murder clown to still act like a clown.
Did you even read the book?
Pennywises version of a joke is to leave you feeling existentiallly horrified and doubting of reality for 15 years.
The book is dark as a coal train at midnight.
I like that humanity makes it all that much worse.
I did not. I saw just the one with Tim Curry.
I really don't get the butthurt over this.
You show up and ask for something to be less like its source material, and are surprised when people think that's bullshit?
I was only asking if he WAS like an actual clown in the new movie. Holy
you people are autistic.
It's chill man.
I was merely making a point, Pennywise is so horrifying because of the juxtaposition.
He is child-like and vibrant but also malevolent and grim.
Yeah I get the horror, like he laughs and honks his nose then he kills you in cold blood
But without the laughing and nose honking it loses some of its impact.
If he's just going to stand there and be a spooky guy dressed as a clown without actually clowning around to juxtapose the murder against, it's just not the same.
Mockery IS extra scary.
See it's more of a subtle thing.
A way of movement, a phrasing of sentences, how the author describes him.
A unsureness of the reality of him existing.
To be honest it is hard to explain, the book is so detailed and there is so much more exposition.
If you enjoy reading I reccomend it, I saw the original movie before I read the book.
I was still not prepared, it's a great read 10 times better than the original movie.
K buddy dont watch it then i dont really care
Press F to pay respects
