Not to mention, she's not smiling at all in the first, and her mouth is slightly open. In the second, she's smiling, which can make your nose kinda "flare" and look wider

You seem to misunderstand. I think that overpopulation would still be a problem no matter how much people had to eat. The fact that solving overpopulation would likely alleviate world hunger is purely coincidental, and not one of my priorities.
