It's been about 3 real days and about a month in game. My primary theories are the game glitched and she vanished, she is stuck somewhere in the wasteland (Although that's highly unlikely) or she's in some place I haven't looked. And I've looked everywhere in Sanctuary and she's nowhere to be found, I even made that bell and got everyone in one place

Well that sucks... I heard something about when companions travel to locations they are no longer essential but that might just be bullshit i don't know. Also no waifu no laifu

I went to Trinity Tower and freed the guy there and I wanted to take Strong as my companion so I sent Piper back to Sanctuary. I went back and she wasn't there. Checked every settlement I have, Diamond City, every settlement I had again, Trinity Tower, and Diamond City again. I'm pretty sure she's vanished completely because (side quest spoiler) on that mission where the mayor of Diamond city is revealed to be a synth she's supposed to be there unless she's your companion, and she wasn't there

How long have you been without her in Sanctuary? Companions tend to take their sweet time getting there. If you haven't already try going to Sanctuary and wait for about 24-72 hours and go search trough the entire town. I had a similar experience when i couldn't find Dogmeat and it turns out he was sitting in a dog house near the river.

No, unfortunately my PC can't run Fallout 4 very well. I'm playing on Xbox. If I was on PC I would've just spawned her in again. I was hoping when mod support comes to Xbox I could try and get her back, but who knows if that'll work

That's a shame, have you told her to wait somewhere? They will do just that until you tell them otherwise.
