There's no point in using pistol rounds in rifles because the rounds are designed to burn off a small amount of powder quickly in order to accelerate out of a short barrel; increasing the length of the barrel really only makes the gun unwieldy and doesn't have that substantial of a benefit in terms of stabilization and power of the round.

At least a good chunk Unity's glitches were sound/visual based, but with FO4 I've had deaths during loading screens, conversations locking me in with nothing happening for up to 2 minutes before I can choose a dialogue choice (for a huge amount of the beginning conversations), and much more. So, it's not really cheating, since it can miss even at point-blank range, and it's part of a playstyle that isn't necessarily any more effective than just shooting stuff unless you're using certain perks or weapons. Honestly I'd rather them introduce a gimmick that allows non shooter types to play the game rather than dumb the game play down a huge extent so the 80% or so of it's fan base whose there for the huge open world, and rich back story, can still play the game. Plus as far as the vats go it's not like it makes it so people that are good at shooters don't get to use those skills to their advantage, you still benefit quite a bit by good at the whole shooter thing since time is a fairly important factor in a fire fight and if you can't easily wipe everything out with the vats in one go you either have to resort to standard shoot em up tactics or fall back to a sort of cat and mouse style tactics. #40 - anon (12/09/2015) [-] Video games are ur whole life.
