I respectfully disagree. Comfortable in skin, as in "I'm comfortable in my own skin."
While I cannot point to one particular source, and any searches for CIS simply brings up the Commonwealth of Independant States (and of course Urban Dictionary is having a wonderful time dancing around the acronym), I can say that at the very least, when i google Comfortable In Skin versus Comfortable In Self, Comfortable In Skin autocompletes CIS, and actually brings up pages related to CIS.
Now, this said, Wikipedia also claims that CIS is a latin prefix and is shorthand for cisgender, as icbricksquad said originally. This is entirely uncited, but it may very well be that we're both wrong here.
