It is true. My old county in Texas had this law. Some places are so vast in size but have such a small population that they need the extra money to help the small fire houses survive. Firemen have family to feed too. There are even private ambulance corporations around in many places across the country. They are there to take you to the hospital at a moments notice and they cost a lot of money for a fee but its typically cheaper (or so I hear) than just calling 911 and having a normal ambulance pic you up. They charge you over a grand to take you.

I just wish there were a small simple set number of taxes we all paid instead of the crap system we have now. Here's a general idea of such a list.
1 tax to live in country 2 tax for the countries services which would include health insurance/cops/fireman/education up to college/military and 3 a tax that goes directly to the local cities/county so they can put the money into community projects to help build a better country. Simple taxes so every one is happy. Sure it wouldnt be that simple but it would be better than our current system and we would be covered by normal standards of a country. I'm not asking for a hand out. I'm asking for people to be better. Save someone in a fire for fucks sake. Shoot that bad guy. Don't let hospital bills ruin my life due to my accidental illness.

Why is it hard to believe. Why should you receive a service you didn't pay for. How is this any different then a homeless man starving to death out side a restaurant . Yeah the restaurant could feed, him but they won't because he didn't pay for the food or service. It's a harsh reality, but that's how the world works.

The thing with harmonic tuning you need to guess where the perfect sweet spot is, most guys would just stop tuning if they heard the same note even though it is still not properly tuned
