In the area at least. About 30 minutes south actually but it's the closest major city.

That's still decently close, I attend USF.

Communication, and International Studies, and may get a movie certificate on top of that. So double major and a certificate. What about you?

Just an AA in Lib. arts because I was told it was pretty basic and I'm still not sure what I want to do so I took that to avoid getting locked into anything specific. Currently weighing my options between military, full-time work, or finishing a bachelors. What's international studies like? Seems interesting.

Well, I took International Studies in part because I was interested, and also because Communication was a tiny major, and INT studies kinda meshes with it. International Studies covers diplomacy, international organizations, even local projects (Which goes hand in hand with communication) and you do learn a lot of interesting things. Like Belarus still being a communist-style dictatorship in Europe.

...And sometimes... The obvious stuff which you joke about in life, you learn is actually true. Like the U.N. being largely useless. Or Russia being a very corrupt country, with a cunning man leading it.

Well a lot of stereotypes have some semblance of truth and reality to them so it's understandable. I mean what part about a former kgb agent raised in the soviet era wouldn't seem a bit shady? According to my political studies teacher the whole Russia Ukraine thing has less to do with who the trade deals are with and are more about Russia wanting a warm water port.

I like learning languages even though I haven't mastered any other than English and to really understand the language you gotta understand what the people are like so I figured that would probably tie in well with international studies. It seems international studies has more of a broad spectrum application than just understanding the cultures.

School aside, what other things interest you?

Hmm... I like sports- basketball, football, and since Tampa is in the hockey finals, I've been giving it a look or two.

I like astronomy, music, writing, joking around. I'm a member of a local improv company, and the university improv group.

What about you?

Way out of shape in terms of sports but I enjoy contact sports the most I guess. Just too hot and no one to get any games going with is my main deal. I tend towards wrestling, football, and the like.

I tend to be pretty open to things but I also enjoy fishing, reading, and music. Improv seems fun but you'd have to be able to think fast and have a good sense of who your audience is for it to be effective not to mention I'm not much for audiences.

I'm a pretty loud and passionate guy when it comes to sports, not in great shape, but too bad.

If you're around the area, I'd recommend you come check out one of our shows. $10 to get in, and it's about an hour and a half and usually hilarious.

I can be loud if I'm directly involved in some way but otherwise pretty reserved I used to yell when I'd play football with friends and it seemed to be effective either at intimidating them or making me run harder not sure which. I was always the running back. Wrestling was probably the best though but that could be because I like the memory of throwing a guy who weighed 70 lbs. more than me probably the first time in years anyone had ever picked him up

What's the name of the group you do that with? I'll look it up and maybe check it out sometime.
