Maybe if you read my comment you would realize we just backed each other up on what we were saying. And the problem is the guy is over qualified. Most places do not want to pay someone 50 dollars an hour starting out. And a gentleman who has three different degrees would be worth about that much. They would rather hire someone who has one degree in the required field, and pay them a whole lot less and train them up to the complete job knowledge requirement.
