This is very typical. So the child doesn't feel torn between two places, they have a 'main' house and a 'holiday' house, or however else you'd like to word it. Could you imagine having to pick up all your stuff and go to another house every three days? What a pain in the ass.

It is very very rare for a Dad to be in your Dad's position unwillingly; as in your Mum forced him to be a part of the shared custody (rather than full or none at all). Typically it is a decision they reached mutually. I also know that the 'main' parent is often considered the 'bad' parent by the child because the main parents is the one that dishes out the majority of punishments.

I'm going to hazard a guess that your parents have shared custody and you Dad gets less time with you than your Mum?

People who are ignorant about this whole 'women corrupt society' (which is bullshit) tend to be more upset by it than those who have done their research.

I say it's cool, because the guy gets to do it to the girl if she's the cheater. But you never see that in the movies do you?
User avatar #66 - avatarsarefornoobs (12/06/2013) [-]
>in the movies
in movies, yes its usually women throwing the man's shit out. but thats because its a fucking movie. in real life it depends on the settlements, it can go both ways.

and if a guy cheats on his lady, i think throwing his clothes out of the window would be the least she could do. people often do far worse to cheating partners.
User avatar #148 - heartlessrobot (12/06/2013) [-]
What if it's his house? Then she can just fuck off, she has no power there.
User avatar #178 - avatarsarefornoobs (12/06/2013) [-]
yes. in a married couple with a joint-ownership on a house, it depends on divorce settlements.
so, if he gets the house, then she can fuck off. however, before settlements are made, usually the one who cheats finds himself/herself staying with a friend until its decided who gets what. atleast thats how it was with my neighbors
User avatar #206 - heartlessrobot (12/06/2013) [-]
I'm saying like, what if he bought the house himself before he married her? Or what if she's just the girlfriend? I've heard of girlfriends doing that to their boyfriend.
User avatar #69 - huttero (12/06/2013) [-]
can you read the spoilers? I said i hoped they didnt do that in real life
#57 - anonymous (12/06/2013) [-]
Yeah, it shows that you're from Argentina. The man doesn't have to leave the house. Stop generalizing shit and take your goddamn house back.
