It's impossible to speak german here when the people recognize that you're an english speaker. They will automaticly switch to english and refuse to speak german again forever.

It was already established that when people say America, they're referring to the United States of America by the highlight of its name, America. Besides, it's the only country in the Americas (noticed I said the AmericaS) with America in its name. You don't call Mexico "America" because it's in North/Central America, you call it Mexico. People call the United States of America America because it's a shortened version of the long-ass name.

TL;DR You're not getting a cheekylilcuntm8.jpg from me

Notice we donts say "North Americas" and when reffering to the continent we simply say America. Likewise, calling the United States America is only common ground here, in mexico it's called the United States. Since I'm mexican the common ground to me is that United States is called just that, and America is the continent( there is even a soccer team named America, but it's not referring to US).

Its only fitting that you feel like you smell.

I'm from Aachen and I have not seen many immigrants yet. It will be - of course - different in Cologne, Hamburg, Munich or Berlin, but Germany is still a "white" country. Yes, there are immigrants but saying that Germany is being flooded by islamic scum is clearly wrong. I've never seen a woman wearing a burka or anything similar.

I agree. Only issue we had I can think of was an islamistic guy (Sven Lau - a German, to underline it) who surrounded a few young men around himself and called that ridiculous carnival-club "Schariah-Police". They basically did nothing else than molesting people verbally and telling them that it's wrong to drink alcohol (lol, try that in beer-wonderland) and do drugs and so on. Sven Lau has been punished by the law and the heaven knows what happened to the rest of his not-that-bright crew.

Was there this August. Saw more immigrants than Germans. There was an Indian festival and a Turkish or Kurd protest. Saw more homeless/beggar people that I've seen in Athens (and remember we are in crisis). Might have been the city i visited (Koln) though.

Cologne has a lot of imigrants thats right, but cologne is a huge city. There are festivals almost every week at different places. But well youre right there are a lot of homeless people in cologne. Must be fun to gamble along the rhine ;)

On the other hand immigrants here are mostly peaceful. There are a few black sheeps but it is not as shown in the caricature. That's my point, the picture is just wrong.

Lot of homeless people? I see maybe two handful inside the city itself and on the train stops, other than that I pretty much never saw one

Yeah that's right, most people where totally friendly. Apart from some drunkards, but hey when are they ever friendly right?

We sat by Rhine drinking beer until 4 in the morning. Good times!

Were you visiting Germany with a briefcase filled with money to PAY DEM DEBTS?

I have no debt. I pay my taxes, and never received any benefits from the government. Unlike most other Greeks i did not take my money off banks to further cripple our economy.

If you read about it, it seems like the dad was using her as bait to stop him from finishing the ride. The father deserves getting it more than the girl who was stopping.
#76 - roarflmao (08/18/2015) [-]
I highly doubt she was used as bait, that theory seems a bit too tinfoil hat insane. Both were to blame, she shouldnt had stopped repeatedly he shouldnt had fucking rammed her, jesus fucking christ.. Just because you waited 30sec and someone ruined something for you you shouldnt try to fucking harm them, especially not a kid.
