It means men have expectations. Step the game up and don't be a slob or an idiot.

hey. I was genuinly wondering why this is, and not trying to get across some offensive statement. And I seriously doubt that women wouldn't have as high expectations to their partner as men.

Peter: I'm going to miss you so much.
Shadow: I know, I know you're sad. I wish I knew why.
Peter: We'll be back to visit next week, okay? I promise.
Shadow: What's wrong?
Mom: Peter! It's time!
Shadow: Don't worry, Peter. I'm here to protect you.
Peter: Be a good dog. Stay.
Shadow: Stay?

I just don't understand.
Who are you gonna get to watch over you?
Who's gonna wait for you to come home from school?
Who's gonna sleep at the foot of your bed?
You'll come back.
I know you'll come back.

Oh it was you who made that comment.
Maybe for some one who understands well the wide spectrum of reading material that you'd learn to be a little more specific.
Anyway i'm done.
Education books are important.
Reading fantasy books or novels or whatever doesn't make you more superior.
This is directed to the majority of people in these comments.

No ones disagreeing,
But hes also implying that not reading any books make you stupid.
Which i'm replying that not true because most of the books people read in the comments are not meant to be educational anyway.

well, in my first comment, I was referring to books in general, I thought it would be obvious, as nobody specified it in the content. Jesus.

No. No one implied books are wast of money.
The guy said you better learn to like books or you're stupid.
I said that its only education books that taught us what we know over several centuries.
And I doubt the guy who made that comment is only reading educational books.
So my point is choosing not to read fantasy books doesn't make you stupid.

yeah sure, but I was reaching back to what this commenter was defending. I'm arguing what he's defending. He's defending the girl's statement that books are a waste of money, I don't care if they are talking about educational or fictional books. I'ts a stupid statement, nonetheless.
