 I do like that sort of thing... but this is just uniquely different... and it's like the animators were lazy... there's just a lot of stuff missing, it's not about the lack of action or anything like that... it's just dead... this show would as good as being a radio novel, because whatever they tried to animate there, just wasn't there. It makes me remember of a homework i had back in school 10 years ago, after my class went on a field trip, the teacher told us to make a comic on how it was. Instead of doing that, I simply wrote it all out in an essay because i was too lazy to make all the drawings, for both not bothering and had only a day left to do it when i remembered.  Huh , I didn't think that it was possible to not like Bakemonogatari , Its being hailed as one of the best anime , But some people think that its not for people who are new to anime , because some things may weird you out , Anyhow , I recommend that you try to watch the rest  I had the same trouble when I first tried watching Bakemonogatari. I watched up to episode 3 and got bored. Also what really annoyed me (I think you mentioned something about this) is the parts that they decided not to animate, and put random real images in. I don't know why I went back to watch Bakemonogatari, but I did, and ended enjoying it. From what I remember, i just really wanted to get through the first 25 episodes (Over and done with) and onto the more interesting thing that come later (In the later seasons, Nise - Neko and Monogatari second series). I have to say, out of the entire Monogatari series, the Bake Monogatari was my least favorite. But it isn't for everyone. What fight scenes are present are pretty cool, but the show is highly dialogue based. If that isn't your thing, then don't worry about it, there is plenty of other anime out there that may catch your interest. | ||

| I tried watching this 2 times 2 TIMES!!! I gave up on Ep.2 the 1st time and gave up on Ep.4 on 2nd try a year later... It's just too fucking boring with meaningless drawings appearing on the screen and meaningless story... seriously!!! How did people like this!!!?? Is it ANY good after Episode 4 or something!!!!? It's just too stopped! too dead, I can;t even explain!  Stop sounding so outrageously confused. Is it so alien that someone might like witty dialogue and amazing character interaction? It's quite calming just listening to dialogue sometimes, and somehow I didnt even get bothered by all that weird fanservice. It just takes a really specific taste to like it, and not many will It can feel like nothing happens because the show is pretty dialogue focused, but it's actually got an interesting plot. Like, time travel, the end of the world, vampires, a ghost, a wish granting monkey paw, people trying to murder an immortal girl with a phoenix's soul, etc. Also, yeah, the show does have some weird symbolism and stuff popping up on the screen. It's up to you to intemperate that stuff. The main problem I'm getting here is that the show is about the characters. Most shows with people that have abnormal powers are generally about the fight scenes. Most shows about students involve their school life to some extent. Basically, it doesn't quite fit into a normal genre. tl;dr: It's about dialogue and characters, not action. It just happens to have a paranormal setting. If you don't like that sort of thing this isn't your kinda series. | herecomesjohnny look at this. Dude, did you ever, ever read a real novel/book? What KIND of comparison is this? "She sounded like someone who had downloaded an app to kill time at night but found out it was even more boring than expected" This is worse than fanfiction tier.  While I do agree that a better comparison could have been used, I still think this one adequately describes Othinus lack of disinterest and is clear enough for me to be able to picture it in my head. While you may not agree, I find the story in Index to be entertaining and fun to read. Especially in that volume, because the author deftly uses the elements of this volume to completely throw out what we thought of a character and finally show his human side with his own selfish thoughts and desires. To you the Index series may be a shit story with shit writing, but I find it to be a fun and interesting story that can be read casually. If I wanted stories with a deep plot I could always read something like that Which is what I actually do sometimes. Meh, the actual wording is bad but the plot is good enough. It's like the opposite of most books I've tried reading. The great Gatsby was incredibly well written but I still found it horribly boring. The only novel series I still read is that skullduggery one (and artemis fowl, but that's finished). I know I'm too old for it, but I share a room with my nephew and he had them on the shelf, so I started reading them. They're actually surprisingly violent. Like, at one point the main character tries asking for help in a fight because her attempts at blocking an energy beam thingie are slowly burning down her arm, but she realizes she can't ask properly because her jawbone was blasted off. Or there's a scene where they describe her trying to reattach her severed head from her point of view through the process of brain death. There's a few other one-off novels I've read e.g. unwind- about a future where kids can be "unwound" and have all their organs donated. Not legally murder because over 99% of their body mass is still alive in other people. It's about a group of runaways who were signed up to the unwind list thingie. I don't read a lot, but I'm not illiterate. it still doesn't excuse the series for dragging on for THIS long. And it's not like plenty relevant things happened throughout the story either. hugsta (03/20/2014) [-]  The translation is done by a single person (a girl from 4chan's /a/ board) who has an actual life and stuff to do. The pages have to be redrawn and cleaned. You see how that picture is way worse quality than the scan you read? It takes a lot of effort to get them that way from the raw scans. Finally, the translations need to be typeset. The text needs to be placed in the actual text boxes. If you've never done this, you won't really know how hard it is. It's one of those "if you do things right, people won't be sure you've done anything at all" things. The manga in japanese is designed for verticle text, so fitting horizontal text into the boxes without it being noticable can be difficult and time consuming. Given that there's a very small group of people doing this, and they're doing it for free in their spare time as a fan project, expect to wait a couple of weeks. #418 -

The main concept is that Karthus teams up with each of them to gain extra power and blow away the enemy team / base with one ult. And of course some reference to the Karthus/Thresh -Kalista ships
Like the idea? I also have a rough concept of how the comic could go. If you don't mind. I don't want to sound bossy or anything and i don't know how that stuff goes as this is my first time.

if you cant atttend, you can view an archived session then email the instructors saying that you did
i downloaded a session, but you need the special program to view it. so i DLd and installed that too
now im worried that the instructors can actually see if i watched the whole thing or not
its an hour long and its about stuff that i dont need to review. im running it in the background on mute just in case.
is it normal to be this paranoid?

It's kinda sad when it's one person doing all the work or else the whole project crumbles. That's a lot of pressure.
