Well that's true, there isn't any real meaning behind this one. I just one day decided to make one. And so after fiddling around with the maker I came to this one, I call him Frost. And yes I got the name from Maven-Blackbrier's horse.

Well that happens for pretty much every MMO out there, they just want to know that you will be able to play after the 30 days. But if you get a game credit card then I'm sure that they will allow you to play/

Game Time Cards are not out yet. They are planned, but not yet available. and even then, I still wouldn't get my 30 days free time without a credit-card.

I'm not on my mom's comp, so I can't use steam. and Cancelling the payment is fine. as long as you set up the subscription ONCE, you will get the 30 days free time.
