It's every country in the area, at least once a week. Whether it's bombs, rapes, or drone strikes, no one in the First World cares. And the most tragic part is it's never going to stop.

"First World nation" means any nation with a complex, highly-developed functional and economic infrastructure. That includes basically every country in Europe, even with the current market crises.

"First World" does not mean just 'MURIKKA.

My point was no one cares anywhere. Your comment about how no one in Europe cares either sounded as though you thought I was only talking about the U.S., which led me to assume you had misinterpreted my use of the term "First World".
