monoxide? try dioxide, I read it's everywhere in the air and is capable of destroying iron. Imagine what it does to our lungs

Ironically oxygen is actually "bad" for us. As it oxidises us and eventually does kill us.. We just also need it to survive lol

Cars are powered by explosions, except when they happen on the outside of the engine.

Just talked about that at work. Oxygen is gasoline

I'm sure a large enough explosion outside a vehicle will propel it just as good if not better than inside the vehicle!

Your internal explosion vehicles are just a fad I tell you!

Have you thought of donating your life to the testing of external explosion vehicles?

Your giblets shall be awaited in Science Valhalla!

Somehow I don't think that's a good idea.

Perhaps hybrid int/ext explosion vehicles are more your thing?

Well, dihydrogen dioxide, also called hydrogen peroxide, is dangerous, as it is a strong acid.

You can facepalm all you want, i was simply saying that if you replace the monoxide in dihydrogen monoxide(water), with dioxide, you get a strong acid capable of causing severe burns and leaving the remaining skin white as chalk. I know that dioxide alone(also called oxygen gas) is mildly oxidizing as well as being the oxygen we breathe
#27 - thrifty (12/18/2015) [-]
It's not a facepalm, it's buzz-killington, killer of buzz and jokes.
#28 - heyword (12/18/2015) [-]
Well, thank god we have people like you to point out when someone adressering the ambiguity of a poorly worded(but still correct in it's intended meaning) comment is not actually making it funnier. I feel saved, thank you so much
#32 - thrifty (12/18/2015) [-]
Good thing we have someone like you 'adressering' those poorly worded comments.

Damn son.

Every human ever exposed to dioxide has died anywhere from less than a year to one hundred and twenty two years from the time of the exposition to it. It may also be addictive, as people trying to go without it have trouble even lasting five minutes without it. Dioxide is all around, and is a common byproduct of all poisonous planets. Dioxide is the leading cause of corrosion on iron works, and even tarnishes bronzes, silver, and many other metals

I've caught fish with bows before and it not really that hard. When fish go against the flow they are mainly stationary, the only thing you have to do is compensate for water distortion, but other than that its easier that shooting at a target since you are closer.
