i5 is more cost efficient than i7, but if you like to edit a lot, or just want the very best, like nothing ever was, go for i7. If you google stuff you might get confused, as i5 was dual qore before, but is quad now, where i7 always was quad.

I could help more if I know the current situation and pref what country you're in.

considering his limited funds i'd recommend amd's fx series rather than i5 which is about 200eu alone, and probably a new motherboard needed aswell.

Yeah, I should have gone more into that, I just derped. Intel is just more reliable, so I often forget to mention other options.

Quad 2.2 would be meh. Dual 2.2 is garbage material for modern day graphics.

If it's quad, it's good enough for most gaming, but not everything. Because it's dual, it's fairly bad. You should look to get something much better.

np. Like I said, I had had to learn this myself by trial and error. It took a few days to figure out. Also, if you have a PS2 game you can put the disc in, copy and paste the files, pack them into a .iso with WinRar, and play it on the emulator. It saves you some download time at least, and it's technically legal. Well have fun.

An drop down bar should appear in the last page of the start up. There should be something that says "BIOS". Click browse and find the BIOS. You might need to unzip the BIOS file first. You might need WinRar for that if it's a .rar file. (It's been a while so this might not be 100%) Click on the BIOS and it should open up PCSX2. If you run into trouble just ask.

No, the BIOS let's you run the emulator (to be honest I'm not 100% sure of what it actually is.) An IOS is a filetype that emulators run. An IOS is just all of the files of the game compressed like a .rar file. You will still need your Dark Chronicles IOS to play it, but the BIOS is just necessary to run the emulator.
