Only after they voted originally to leave, get their vote tossed for a revote, then magically vote to stay.

**bakagaijin used "*roll picture*"**
**bakagaijin rolled image**I'm still reading the manga.... it's like watching an animal get hit by a fucking freight train and you wish someone would put it out of its misery.... it's just cliche on top of bullshit at this point (it's that bad)

Okay, that makes sense.

For a second there you came across as one of the cringey faggots who make up the "anime community" online. I joined MAL when I was like 17 and entered some chat groups and all those faggots ever did was bitch non-stop about all the problems in the shows and how terrible it all was, yet their lives were entirely composed of eating chips and poptarts off their chests while watching 30+ episodes of anime every day. Besides how obnoxious that is in itself, I hate people who think being overly critical and shitty about everything somehow automatically means they have refined, good taste. It just makes 'em assholes. It was essentially a bunch of mongoloid losers and apparently I still have rage inside me for them.

Nahhhh... that's not me... I live in Japan and I used to go to the Internet Cafe here American Internet Cafe has nothing on Japanese cafe... you get a comfy couch, a whOle booth, showers, library, and free drinks and snacks on the weekends and I picked up bleach a few years ago... I feel like I invested too much time to say fuck it all.... although you do get funny copypasta WHAT A STEAMY PILE OF SHIT, AND THE WORST PART IS ALL OF YOU ENJOYING IT, GRABBING A SPOON AND EATING WITH A BIG SMILE IN YOUR FACE...WELL, BON APPETIT SHIT EATERS. DONT FORGET TO GARGLE SOME OF IT, JUST FOR FUN.
#103 - masanori (06/23/2016) [-]
That's sounds pretty amazing to be honest. I wanted to move to Japan for a while and made great progress learning the language, but then I realized guns are important to me and the gun laws over there are insaaaane (dat zero gun homicide rate tho).

That copy pasta made me laugh out loud for real. Thanks for that

I could make due without one... at least my love of Katanas here at the risk of sounding like a weeb transitioned to to love of high end Japanese cooking knives... that and the legs on the women here... HHHNNGGGGGG

I probably could too, I just don't want to if I end up in a situation where I would be better off with one.

Are they that good? I never thought of Asians as being known for their legs.
#108 - bakagaijin (06/23/2016) [-]
You wouldn't be in that situation... the biggest manhunt that I saw in my time here involved a teenager, a prank, 7-11 pastries, and toothpicks

As in any type of crime in Japan is non-existant... they follow the laws so well that Jay walking in a dead intersection is viewed as a dangerous sport

Self-defense is not the primary function of guns in the US. If it were that simple the statistics wouldn't justify their existence. We have them to defend against governmental tyranny. If the Japanese government were to enact some kind of martial law, the citizens would have no recourse besides acquiescence. There is literally no way for them to resist beyond, perhaps, guerilla bombing tactics. Though it's true we wouldn't stand a chance against the US military in an all out battle, it's important to remember they would be trying to control the people, not destroy them, so we wouldn't have to. The expense and difficulty of carrying out such an operation in the US would be astronomical because of just how much civilian resistance the government would encounter. So more than anything, more than use in self-defense, more than use in overthrowing or defending against a tyrannical government, guns are a bulwark and deterrent against the government ever taking such action to begin with (which is way better than waiting for it to happen and then starting a bloody civil war, destroying a government, and having to rebuild a new one). It may seem very unlikely, but I'd rather not take the chance to begin with because it's just too big a risk.
#114 - bakagaijin (06/23/2016) [-]
Well, that's why the Japanese people have america... do you think that America would actually keep its nose out of a revolution of the people against tyranny? Not only that, but part of the post war effort that Japan agreed with the United States was to abolish tyrannical rule and instate a democracy...

That's another reason it's so important here. Europe loves shitting on us for our guns and gun violence but they don't even realize the state of our government indirectly affects theirs. They are still quite free, but not to the degree we are (which is also becoming worryingly limited). If the US lost its guns and we had the wrong politicians in power, and they abused that power, it would have a severe domino effect throughout the entire world with every government trending toward authoritarianism and not much the people could do.

Hoo mah gawd.jpg

Stop it man, I wasted all of my vacation money going to Europistan and can't go to Japan any time soon not that I'd get laid anyway. I'd just walk around not talking to anyone and stare at attractive girls like a creep knowing they wouldn't be interested even if I did approach.

Back on guns for a second. Also I just enjoy shooting. The other day I decided to try shooting my pistol 100 yards one handed with no support and holy shit, I was hitting the target. Felt awesome.
#110 - bakagaijin (06/23/2016) [-]
It's really not that hard... like... "fedora'd gentlemen" tactics work wonders... basic shit like opening a door for a lady and buying a girl a drink all but guarantees you go home with her

That's actually what attracted my wife to me... things like saying I love you and holding hands in public is every young Japanese girls dream... we have weaboos, they have westaboos....
