Super Mario 64?

It took me a couple of months to build up the courage just to face the first boss, the large bo-bomb on the mountain. A real challenge for a 6 year old. Not good shit, that thing was terrifying.

I was about 5 or 6 when my uncle got all the stars in the game

He was a God for a good few years

Hahaha. I was the only one in my family who played it, and I was too young to understand that games actually *did* have an ending, that they weren't infinite universes.

I spent at least 2 hours on the staircase that doesn't end, wondering what I was doing wrong, I figured I cheat the game, since it gave me the warning about not having enough stars, but let me in anyway. I was a poor fool, who didn't know games can be assholes

I did the same thing with those stairs, even when one of my friends told me it was impossible, I didn't believe him.

Good times :')

True man. Most skaters and bmx riders start their videos with their failures. My flatmate (he's a sponsored skateboarder) told me that only douchey skaters or really successful skaters only show what they've done well.
