I just don't think it would be a great idea to introduce guns to Denmark in this day and age. When i was 10 years old (getting bullied) someone drew a knife on me, i was able to run away (with only a slight cut to the arm, nothing serious just like if you caught your finger while making food) because the attacker was fat. if that fucktard had pulled a gun on me, i would probably be dead.

I can see why denmark doesnt need guns now, we dont have that many armed psychopaths here. The problem is just, how will it all proceed? If it stays the same, no problem, but after things like Charlie Hebdo, Krudttønden and Paris, i seriously would advise to teach more people to handle guns, and evt. extend the law to include semiautomatics. I dont say that we should give everyone a fucking gun. The weaponslicense and minimumsage, and a clean straffeattest must still be there.

Or allow women, homosexuals and other "hated" groups to carry non lethal weapons (tåregas, slagstokke gummiprojektiler) just to keep everyone more save. Of course, non lethal weapons will not help in a massshooting, but in general attacks.

Yea probably in those countries it is a great idea. Maybe it is just because i live in Denmark and i can't see Denmark falling apart that fast..., unless all of the migrants from Sweden or Germany suddenly invades Denmark. So my point of view is quite colored.

I live in denmark too, but i think no matter what country you live in, it can always fall apart, luckily, in denmark there are natural borders to keep the different "people" from each other (og sjællander jokes aside). Bigger cities can always fall (because they are cultural meltingpots), while the countryside often gets easier away (because they are often cultural more uniform, and often have a tighter personal bond to each other).

Sjælland would probably be the first thing to fall, considering its closeness to malmö and its ghettos. Most of jylland would just look and say, "meh".
