The reason he got his ass kicked throughout the movie was probably because of the fact that he's literally a janitor. He probably got basic stormtrooper training(which is probably a good amount, since he was raised as one) but when he was assigned to his duties they showed him how to clean some shit and then let him do his job.

I'm saying people forgot about the fact that they were supposed to pretend to like him again. Don't get me wrong, he was super talented and he changed the music industry. But everyone fucking hated him deep down, or they were at least totally indifferent.

The fact that Jackson settled the first accusations out of court tells me he was not confident enough in winning a court battle. Why else would someone pay off the alleged victim instead of prove their innocence in court? If he had enough money to pay them off, he surely had enough to pay for a good defense lawyer, and if he wasn't guilty why not clear his name? It's alleged that he's paid millions of dollars to silence over 15 victims who planned to come forward. Now obviously with something like this, there is somebody somewhere who would want to take advantage of a situation to get money. But with so many people coming forward saying the same thing, describing it all so similarly, and so many accusations of him paying off victims when he is KNOWN to have settled out of court in the first accusation, obviously something happened. You can't deny that.

Yeah I can deny that. The justice system doesn't need evidence to convict someone, an accusation of pedophilia taken to court can win with literally 0 evidence. If you're a big idol and even if you know you'll win, merely being taken to court can cause an issue, so no he's not going to go to fucking court over this and risk going to jail for something he didn't do, and if he can pay off the fucking victim before the court case (which is exactly how he ended the court cases) then chances are he did nothing wrong anyway. Don't pretend the justice system is perfect and doesn't make mistakes, accusations of pedophilia are one of the easiest to get someone arrested over with no evidence.

I don't, but the sheer fact that so MANY people accuse him of it, even after his death coming forward in their adulthood to say they couldn't come to terms with it before, the huge number of people is hard to ignore. I'm not here to argue whether he was a good person. I've educated myself on his life and I know the fucked up shit he went through and if something did go down, I know it's tied back to his psychological issues. That doesn't make it okay though. I'm just saying people can't look at him with the same respect as someone like Williams knowing that he did something. Which again, the amount of evidence shows he did. Also I find it amazing how much you're touting how bad the justice system is when he was acquitted.

The justice system is bad because innocent people are afraid to go to court because they know they can be bullshitted into jail. That's why it's bad.
A bunch of people accusing a CELEBRITY means absolutely nothing, especially many MANY years after the fact. Part of the reason cases get dropped after a certain time period is witnesses become biased evidence as they wont recall events properly anymore. So anyone who decides to blame shit on a dead guy years after the fact is more often than not full of shit, and having a lot of people do it is not uncommon in this country. It would be honestly more shocking if someone could prove MJ really DID molest a kid.

I guarantee you, nobody would be shocked by that.

Because they think he did because he was merely accused of it - regardless of the fact there isn't any actual evidence of it but there is evidence that the moms were just trying to get his money. No real mom is going to be bought out of a child molestation case.
