statistics? without reference? always nice.. does that include illegal firearms? does that include a list of how many of those 100 are felons and how many of those 12 represent felons?
i actually do think that the person committing burglary might be armed; he'd be stupid not to.. and i think felons aren't stupid, they were merely brought up with low chances to amount to anything differently and can see a quick buck when presented the opportunity.
#257 - but if you had a gun chances are he has a gun.  [+] (3 replies) 01/20/2013 on Gun control logic +7

chances are he has a gun whether or not you have one.. people committing a crime may already have committed a crime.. like owning an illegal firearm..

There are 12 guns per 100 people. I don't think the chances of the person robbing you having a gun is that high, and the chances of you dying is waaaaaay lower.

cod shouldve stayed the same with MW2, but they should fix things. they just take out fixed things and add broken things in and never make any fucking progress with their games.

The new weapons are practically the same as the other one (machine guns are machine guns), a game NEEDS new maps, without new maps it would be the same exact games, and modes, if by modes you mean "zombies" for example, those are good minigames that are the only thing that makes the game diff from the previous one, but when you have the same mini game on 2 games, that is lost.
New pokemons have totally diff attributes (stats, moves, types), the regions are very similar.

I hate Call of Duty.
And I hate Pokemon.

Pretty much all of the future generation pokemon are rehashed from gen 1.

Plusle, Minun, Pachirisu, Pichu, Pikachu.

Argument over.

Pichu, Plusle, Minum, Pachirusu and Emolga are somewhat of a "tribute" to pikachu, following the gimmick of the electrical mouse that made the franchise so popular, kind of a "spiritual successor" to each region.

Volbeat and Illumise brought up the same elements that Plusle and Minum did. Any other electric type on a newer generation brings out what there was not on the ones on the previous generations. That is why it is a NEW GENERATION.
What makes those pokemons mentioned diff from the rest, and similar to each other? The fact that they are the "spiritual successor" to Pikachu.

I'm sure there are a lot of people who want COD to stay the same. What most people are mad at is overpowered guns, perks, and Hackers / people who take advantage of how the game works. Call of duty isn't a War simulator it's supposed to be simple and unrealistic, that's what many people like.

well pokemon is actually good so that's the key difference.
#393 - anon (01/02/2013) [-]
That has nothing to do with how the game changes.
User avatar
#396 - contradiction (01/02/2013) [-]
well you're an anon so you wont even get this but, pokemon had a system that worked and that everyone loved. COD has a broken system that a lot of people hate and they wont change because they make money off of all the 12 year olds.
#401 - anon (01/02/2013) [-]
Pokemon is so much simpler than COD, ofc there is more to whine about in Call of duty. Call of Duty sells millions becuase of it's fast paceed and simple to play. If you change mechanics it's no longer COD.
User avatar
#406 - contradiction (01/02/2013) [-]
it sells millions because it is the easiest fucking game to play. and yes it is fast paced but so is BF and Halo. but it has become less fun and even worse with the release of BLOPS. they try to add things to the game but it ends up being shit and when thy try to patch it they just fuck everything up. they release a game and then they dont care what happens after that.
#425 - anon (01/02/2013) [-]
And they still make millions, they are a fucking business.
User avatar
#521 - contradiction (01/02/2013) [-]
yes a fucking business that doesn't give a shit about the players or anything but just the money, and with that they can't even make a decent game.
#587 - anon (01/02/2013) [-]
A business just like the makers of pokemon who felt it was necesarry to add all those extra fucking pokemon.
User avatar
#591 - contradiction (01/02/2013) [-]
but that didn't ruin the game. its more like the makers removed pokemon from the game, made it so battles glitched up and didn't work and released a buggy game and didn't do anything to fix it.
#369 - doctorgiano (01/02/2013) [-]
Well, pokemon updates the roster every time (150 to over 500), they introduce new mechanics (contests), and new gimmicks (double and triple battles).
#377 - herashak (01/02/2013) [-]
