Err, no. It's an accepted fact that if your parents for example are alcholics and drink a lot, you are way more likely to become one yourself. I remember myself swearing that i would never drink because of what my father did to himself and others, but that was a promise i could not keep and i've had problems with that my whole life.

A toy sigarette, as in toy meth, has the same effect. I have no idea if toy sigarettes actually exist, but candy sigarette's do.
Anyone with smoking parents are in my opinion more likely to smoke, they're accustomed to it and won't hesitate if they're offered a sig.
As a child I saw candy sigarettes but you could only get them from our neighbor country sweden and now they're gone for good. And I really believe the people making candy sigarettes are disgusting people.
This might just be your mentality (swagfags = siggs). Most people just have family members that smoke and think it's ok for them to do so too.

Your argument holds true for toy, and especially candy, cigarettes, but not the BrBa meth toy. Cigarettes are legal, people everywhere smoke them all the time, and (for the most part) it's socially acceptable to smoke them.
Meth, on the other hand, is highly illegal both to sell and use, you never actually see anyone doing it, and it's certainly not socially acceptable to use it. A kid can steal a cigarette from their parents or whoever and try one, but in most cases, a kid would have zero access to meth. And I highly doubt seeing it in a box with figurines would make him want to smoke it, if he even knows what the hell it is in the first place.
And it's especially not "promoting to kids" because they're not for kids. Toys, just like video games, movies, and TV shows, have age ratings. I haven't seen the figures myself, but I highly doubt the box says they're meant for anyone under the age of 15.
