no its literally the only way that can be interpreted. America is currently bombing near korea as a military practice thing. That is why NK threatned to attack. There is no other country that can be brought into it. America is the little kid because they are currently causing NK to feel threatened. Now if they attack and china supports NK America is going down. There is no way around that. So it leaves the older guy being europe, canada etc.

At this point, China is apparently not giving a shit as to what happens to NK anymore.

America's bombs have been flying in completely different directions, pal. Nevertheless, NK is the one rocking the MAD boat, and I'm not sure if even China will back them up if they start a real war (as opposed to a cold one, which is forming as we speak).

What about South Korea?
