Martin Luther King Senior was a pastor, and a missionary and was also involved in the American Rights movement, and was the head of the NAACP in georgia. He was very important to the movement, but not nearly as famous as his son. He basically was the reason (besides you know... wanting a better life) that MLK JR was so passionate about the Rights Movement. Finally, the image is obviously him at his speech, but the picture/caption is probably from 2013, which would be the 50th anniversary of the date the speech was given, August 28, 1963
