Just did a quick search on all of the people pointed out and the only ones that are members of the EFDD are Marco Affronte and David Borrelli.

This is also a good read:

I actually enjoyed it more than any others this season. But I guess I'm biased because he's my favorite character.

Yeah, me neither. I agree with icefried that it felt forced, and the Governor is just not that interesting a character. I'm saying that as someone who is usually into villains and semi-villains. What he can bring to the storyline right now, I don't know, but right now it just feels like the writers are letting the story slip between their fingers because they're filling their hands with too much material. Just seems messy and not very polished.

I personally found it to be pretty vapid to through this entire segue in when we're a quarter through the season, but personally, redemption is my favorite elements of any story when done right, and I thought this episode was great. I always wanted him to be six feet under right from the get-go just like anyone else, but to see his true humanity after this was pretty nice. I simply feel that the transition from all of the shit going down in the prison to this was pretty rocky. I just don't feel like they're letting the story slide, I can sort-of understand where they are going developmentally by adding this entire thing to it.

I get it, six feet under you know because of how the episode ended?

I rather liked it, I thought it was funny how a zombie apocalypse does nothing to slow the Governor's mad pussy run

Yeah it felt kinda forced.

I liked it, rather than just another prison episode.

One of the chicks will probably die.. or maybe even the little girl. Honestly this whole plot line just doesn't make any sense. Probably meant for us to connect to the Guv in some way.
That, or it's filler and they're blueballing the cliffhanger.

Its based off the plotline from the book "The Rise of the Governor", which takes place before Penny reanimates and shit... I don't understand why theyd do it after almost everyone in Woodbury is dead though.

well this is after Penny died because he burns a picture of him, his wife and Penny
