Because unlike men, women are not evolutionary hardwired to be physically attracted to the visual appeal of a man's body. Women may admire the odd male figure but they wouldn't develop those explicit sexual instincts. Men's sexual instincts are based on a visual stimulus, women's are based on a auditory and kinesthetic stimulus. Boobs may not be reproductive organs but they're evolutionary linked to sex since the optimal boob size correlates to producing the healthiest offsprings, which thereby triggers those men's desire to copulate. I'm not basing my reasons on, "because the man in the sky says so", I'm basing it on science and general human psychology.

Give me at least one good reason for women not to be attracted to physical appeal of a male. They value looks a lot since our looks is an indicator of our health and genetic quality. It's a woman's job to carry best genes to the next generation, hence picking the most handsome of males is only natural. Why don't you go to wikipedia and read up on some human sexuality, that's a start.

Probably, but those features are visible even with male clothed. Features like height, broad shoulders, etc. From all the studies and polls on the subject I've read so far, women don't really care about a guy being ripped, but they may care if he is tall or has broad shoulders.
