Read second point, nymphs are literally anthropomorpic representations of what they are, a Celestial Nymph(which, let's face it, is a fancy name for "air nymph"), like most of mythology, have many variations and versions, a nymph of the wind can be feathery, but there are also versions where they are simply very beautiful womans whith bright colorations and power over air.

It's quite possible that these types will actually be made (even though "sound" sounds a bit Farfecth'd (did I really just type that...?)) since there already are sound pokemon (Whismur/Loudred/Exploud) and Light has been requested for a long time. Can't have Dark without Light, or something like that. To me, I just like new types being added, no matter how stupid they may sound.

Yeah, I figured as much. To be fair, Kothaex was partially justified in it, because if Light WAS a type, that Eeveelution would have to be it. But otherwise, he's an asshole.

I have seen this, and I think it is outright stupid, they won't ever add any more types, the only time they did was because the game was broken, adding Dark and Steel allowed them to balance out Psychic, which was way too overpowered, and Fighting, which was fairly useless at the time, those two types nerfed Psychic type by a lot while keeping them useful, and gave Fighting more chances to shine, even though they sort of made Fighting an offensive beast.

And besides all this, adding new types will mess with the balance they created with the type match-up, too much work for too little progress.
