Some points I didn't include in the first post because character limit:

The DLC: First Fallout 3.

The Pitt: I hate this goddamn DLC so goddamn much, the setting felt worse than the Capital Wasteland itself for me, everything was so dead I felt like just turning around and leaving, it is made worse by the fact there is no positive ending, whatever you do, the place remains a piece of shit with little hope in the future.

Mothership Zeta: Fun DLC, a bit railroaded, but still fun, lots of cool items if you want to play with Energy Weapons, the issue I have is... at some point Bethesda forgot that aliens weren't meant to be canon in Fallout universe, only easter eggs(just like the TARDIS is not canon despite appearing in Fo2), so it felt kinda weird, but I guess we have aliens now.

Point Lookout: So okay it is average, it is actually pretty cool, it just creeped me way too much, and the entire place just felt unsettling, what with extremelly inbreed rednecks and all.

Operation: Anchorage: Fun...? I am not entirelly sure, it is really interesting, but feels kinda sluggish by the 10th time I play through it, there also isn't much to explore, so it gets just repetitive, you do get a lot of awesome loot for completing it however, so I guess there is that.

Broken Steel: For being part of the main story, it feels a little ass that this DLC is paid, but... I got the GOTY edtion when it was on sale, so I don't really care, plus it actually changes the normal, sad and bittersweet ending into a "10 minute retirement" thing without any sacrifices, so now it is awesome, the Lone Wanderer CAN have a happy ending just like all the other 3 Fo protagonists, they also get rid of Liberty Prime, who despite awesome, was kinda of a story breaker for being simply too strong and able to solve conflicts in 5 minutes, great DLC that makes you feel good for completing it.

I was going to do FoNV DLC now... but fuck it man, too sleepy to continue.

Y'now what, fuck it, sleep is for the weak.

The DLC: Fallout New Vegas.

Honest Hearts: Dare I say this is my favorite? it is actually tied with OWB, but anyway, Zion feels like such an amazing setting, a place almost untouched by radiation, we also get to met the Burned Man himself, it also have multiple endings all quite positive in different ways, so one of them is going to fit your criteria of a happy ending.

Old World Blues: The sci-fi DLC of New Vegas, excellent DLC, good music(if you are into blues, and I am), a large map for you to explore however you want, lots of cool shit, a suit with an endaring personality that can end up being more harmful than benefitial, we also get hair of the two characters from the remaining DLC, which creates a nice build up towards them.

Dead Money: Every family have a black sheep... I hate Dead Money, while it does have several good items(dat Holorifle), it just feels annoying, the constant beep from the collar, those goddamn... zombie things, the cloud... gah, I will go ahead and say, it does have a very nice story, and it blends well with the rest of the DLC in that aspect, plus, maybe they wanted to try something different, and I feel bad for chastiting developpers over that.

Lonesome Road: Very good DLC, first thing they do is to give more backstory to the Courier Six, something he/she was lacking and definitelly one of the flaws of FoNV, but they do it while keeping it vague enough that you are still allowed to RP your courier any way you want, Ulysses is also a great character, he does come off a bit pretentious, but still, if anything, his voice acting makes up for it.

A something that New Vegas did in the DLC that Fo3 lacked was that all the DLC kinda tied together, each could exist on its own, but they give a better experience with all of them, I feel, however, that I can't chastite 3 for not having this, as it was an experience unique of NV for me that no other game have done equal.

Now,I loved FNV like I loved FO3.

They're both buggy smelly piles of poo,but I will cuddle them and love them as i doodle on the wall with them.

But to me,FNV had so much to offer, yet actually gave us much. FO3 actually(with this glorious plot holes) felt like to me it had more.

I needed m o d s to really enjoy FNV. Then again, right on launch it was practically un playable due to the amount of game breaking bugs. FO3 felt more stable, and if more care was put into it.

I also loved HH for the setting. Zion was amazing, but it lacked so much. I posted below my problems with FNV

I will be honest, I managed to complete my first New Vegas playthrough without any modding, while some sidequests did bug out(which I had to fix with console commands, no biggie), I somehow managed to complete the main story and the DLC without problem.

NV only started to get unstable to me after I started modding, and that's because I acted like an idiot and modded recklessly, I still added bug fixes after I found out about them, even for stuff that I somehow managed to avoid, just to make sure.

The effect is rarelly useful if you ask me though, it isn't like you are going to PP stall someone with Mewtwo, at least Insomnia can prevent your main sweeper from being forced asleep.

A very specific situation that can only hope to happen if specifically geared towards it.

Mewtwo just need to be given the item, click on a move and done.

I've never had a good computer in my life
I've never been able to afford one, I have always wanted a good gaming PC but I've never had the chance

My computer isn't THAT good, it is like "Runs Skyrim pretty damn well, as long as it is on Low settings.", most of the time I am just scrapping by.

I really can't afford anything better, moreso since I live in Brazil and most electronics have a lot of importation taxes on them, so something that would cost 2,000 USD could reach easily 6,000 BRL.
