As you can see, he's issued fewer than many of his predecessors. Also, his order doesn't ban guns at all, it just requires background checks, increases funding for enforcement, clarifies existing laws about what happens when guns are stolen or lost, and increases funding for mental health. You know, things that MOST Americans are in favor of but Republicans will block at all costs.
