where was this mentioned? Ah, sptnfouroneseven says its non-canon shit.

The Komino thing isn't canon from what I know, as Battlefront isn't canon.

But there are at least volunteers in the Empire, Luke mentions going to the Academy in ANH. They aren't all clones, at least.

Yes, it's all recruits/volunteers in the Stormtroopers from Episode 3 and up. As seen in Rebels.

Ah, well, I don't watch that.

Same but I looked up the canon after a fight with my brother about Stormtroopers.

I get what you mean, but it's a bit more like playing with Wolverine, but getting to decide whether he acts like an asshole or a nice guy, as he can be both. It's kinda like that with Geralt. Also, it tackles some really deep philosophical stuff, like the changing nature of evil, without ever stopping to be fun.

Imagine it like instead of getting railroaded by a shitty DM, you actually get emotionally invested, and you wouldn't even want to do anything else than what can happen in the story. God I need some sleep, I hope I'm still somewhat coherent.

I'd still recommend the witcher. It's DnDlike fantasy, and crank up the difficulty to max, then you will have to use tactics. Otherwise some lousy drowners (waterzombies kinda) are gonna play tennis with you if you let yourself get surrounded. The story is decent, the characters certainly evoke emotions, and actually some side-quests writing is really dialed up to 11. I wholeheartedly recommend it.
#33 - halonachos (01/06/2016) [-]
I liked Dark Souls 1 and 2. I beat Dark Souls 1 with a keyboard and Dark Souls 2 mostly with mouse and keyboard. I can do difficult things, sometimes.

I just don't know though, I'm sure it's a fantastic game I just don't like a fantasy game where my character is already made for me. I want my character to have his/her story, ya know?

$5 maybe for an original geist, $3 for the new print.
#74 - halonachos (01/06/2016) [-]
I see the original definitely staying 5-6, the new print will of course be cheaper.

I just hope that when the new set comes out they don't put any of the starter deck cards in the boosters. I got a booster pack that had an Eater of Hope in it and a foil Eater of Hope in it as well.

The artifact sees little to no play since arcane lighthouse/archetype of thingy were printed.
Also he's gonna go down in price because he features in the next duel deck, which usually means he'll be worth about 2€, maybe 3$
#72 - halonachos (01/06/2016) [-]
I haven't been in magic long, but I don't get the feeling he'd drop to that much. I'm going to say around $5, I also tend to be an idiot-savant with prices.

Nobody in my group expected that Sorin, Lord of Innistrad would hit around $10 or lower and that Sarkhan, Dragonspeaker would go really low.

I also said that Griselbrand and Thalia would keep good prices, much to the disbelief of this group of people who run hundred something dollar decks.

My problem with it was the stupid fucking dialog-wheel, I hope whoever's idea that was got fucking fired.

And whoever's idea was to force a pre-set morality on us also needs firing. And having a voiced protagonist is simply not an excuse for dumbing any conversation system down. I mean what would it take to record all the lines, an extra month?

Mods can save it I hope from the retarded story as well. The characters themselves were ok though. Except Preston. Nigga's so bland he should be white as bread.

But let's turn positive. Is witcher 3 the fucking game of the year or what? It is.
#31 - halonachos (01/06/2016) [-]
Haven't played Witcher III, medieval fantasy isn't normally my cup of tea so I don't tend to get those games unless it's a strategy level game.

I hate dialogue wheels too, mainly because it says one thing but your character says something completely different. Like, seriously I want a sincere answer so I choose the one that reads sincere and the character plays it out like an asshole.

Big hint, he go down real soon.
#70 - halonachos (01/06/2016) [-]
I would expect him to get replaced for a blue/white commander. The artifact removing hexproof hurt a bit and as far as it goes he's running out of synergy options/builds.

I like him with steel of the godhead and sundial of the infinite. Then again those are the cards I had that I could throw in with him.
