Yeah, I'm a Redditor, but it really is the Front Page of the internet. I go on there, and see the same image/gif on here a day or two later. Once you get used to the layout, it's pretty alright.

I understand. I go on here every day expecting FJ to swallow what's left of it's pride and just let whatever happen, happen. But whatever, if these people can't take a hint and just let it be, it's their problem that their pissed off, not ours.

Eh, it's pretty nice. Everyone gets along fairly well (Surprising for the internet, huh?) And there's not many stupid people saying stupid things and the comments are HILARIOUS.
Unless you're a woman, religious or are just a blatant idiot, you're treated pretty well there. Commenting on it is harder because you can't rely on reaction images like you do here, you have to be witty and clever. I haven't seen anything on it that I've seen before, and some of the stuff is really interesting.
You can also customize what comes up on the front page, so if you don't like say... r/aww (Animals being cute as fuck'n'stuff) you can remove it so nothing from there comes up on your front page.

Also, I wanted to read that book for a long time now, I read the first couple chapters and I was so disgusted and sad, but I was also extremely intrigued. But it was friend's so I couldn't finish it. Think I might go and see if I can get it at the library or something.

For me it was just the slightest bit relatable and really it just gives the reader a little insight of what the life of an underprivileged/abused child is really like.
