Right click the stickied post on items discussion. Then open in a new tap and press r to refresh comments to be able to click the items faster. (what most do)

Alternativly you can do as I do and click the refresh comment button via mouse and keep your fingers on the numb pad for faster number typing.

Opening the stickied post in a new tab works wonders on lag. Hope you enjoy the tips.
