No, you don't, because success rate is successful attempts/n, getting you a division by zero, and thus undefined.

Succes rate and failure rate are antithetical therefore in rate calculation they have to add up to 100%. If 0/0 would imply 100%, they would add up to 200%, therefore by reductio ad absurdum we can reject 0/0 implies 100%.
